Don't you think the flying type would be a problem? you have ice punch, that's true but i think you have to add a pokemon that can resist the flying moves, just like an electric or rock type.

Personally i recomend eelektross, wich is in RU. Is a bit slow but very useful. You can also use Luxray or Jolteon too, both of them are in PU so you can use any of them in RU.
