Pokémon Rate My Team

So this team is for both Battle Spot singles and Link Spot.
I would just like to hear some opinions and suggestions :) But this team was put randomly. I mainly wanted a Pokemon to set up some entry Hazards , and also wanted to make use of my Wish/Sub Passer Jolteon but again Im open to opinions and suggestions.

1.) Aerodactyl @Sitrus Berry
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Rock Head
IVs: 31/31/31/0/31/31
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Atk / 72 Spe
-Stealth Rocks
-Rock Slide
-Taunt
-Double-Edge
*Aerodactyl is more of a Suicide Lead, I just wanted a fast Pokemon to set up Stealth Rocks as quickly as possible, and maybe also use Taunt to stop other pokemon from setting up as well. I also try to use my Aerodactyl to quickly chip some health from my opponents Pokemon. My only problem is if the opponent uses a rapid spinner or haze when my Aero is gone.

2.) Slowbro @Slowbrownite
Nature: Calm
Ability: Regenerator
IVs: 31/0/31/31/31/31
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Sp.Def / 20 Def / 6 Sp.Atk
-Slack Off
-Scald
-Future Sight
-Thunderwave
*I barely used Slowbro once but I think it works out alright. My plan is to use Jolteons Substitute and then Baton pass it to Mega Slowbro or any of my other Pokemon. If my Sub isn't broken I either use a Thunderwave or Future Sight, and assuming my sub isn't broken yet chip away some Damage with Scald and hopefully get a burn.

3.) Jolteon @Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Ability: Volt Absorb
IVs: 31/0/31/31/31/31
EVs: 80 HP / 176 Sp.Atk / 252 Spe
-Substitue
-Wish
-Thunderbolt
-Baton Pass
*My Main goal is to keep Jolteon fresh at all costs and maybe chip some damage on some Pokemon that don't threaten Jolteon too much. I use Wish first before setting up a sub and Baton Pass to Mega Slowbro or any other Pokemon on my team that might benefit.

4.) Tangrowth @ Rocky Helmet
Nature: Sassy
Ability: Regenerator
IVs: 31/30/31/30/31/30
EVs: 248 HP / 212 Sp.Def / 48 Def
-Giga Drain
-Knock Off
-Toxic
-Hidden Power Fire
*Tangrowth has helped me out a few battles especially against Pokemon who are at low health and use a physical move and/or with recoil damage. Mainly it depends on how and who I send Tangrowth in. Knock Off is for getting rid of Lefties ect, does decent damage on Psychic Type Pokemon. I ran with Toxic instead of Sludge Bomb so Tangrowth can atleast leave an annoying status move while it heals/stalls or I send another Pokemon or it faints.

5.)Krookodile @Expert Belt
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Moxie
IVs: 31/31/31/0/31/31
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
-Fire Fang
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Stone Edge
*I ran with Expert Belt instead of Life Orb because of recoil damage. Mainly use him to sweep and hopefully stay in with the Boost from Moxie until something forces me to swap out. Im thinking of running Scarfed but maybe that's too common.

6.) Charizard @ Choice Specs
Nature: Modest
Ability: Solar Power
IVs: 31/29/31/31/31/31
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
-Flamethrower
-Air Slash
-Ancient Power
-Dragon Pulse
*Another Special-ish Sweeper, I think Charizards Special Atk. is decent but I love Charizard so why not take him out to battle? I know what you're thinking.. Solar Power? Im thinking it might come to use against a Sun/Fire Team (Drought/Sunny Day users) since it gets a 1.5x boost in Sp.Atk at the cost of HP pretty much Life Orb as an ability. I've yet to see use of his ability but I thought it was pretty cool. I chose Specs for the boost in Sp.Atk but I have to decide what to look myself into incase the opponent predicts my move and switches out. Charizards obvious weaknesses are Stealth Rocks and other faster/bulkier Pokemon.

The worst problem I see here is that future sight is a bad move and should be replaced with psyshock.
I know Future Sight might be terrible since it gets no STAB and Bonus from Life Orb ect, but I thought an opponent wouldn't want to switch in their Pokemon and take a FS to the face. I also plan to use it later in the game when some threats are atleast crippled. I was also thinking of replacing Thunder Wave with Focus Blast so I can with both FB and FS but that's just me.
You can have them switch into scald or psyshock and it'll do the same thing.

Aerodactyl

"My only problem is if the opponent uses a rapid spinner or haze when my Aero is gone."
To solve this, I would replace Aerodactyl with an Archeops with a similar set, mainly because Archeops gets access to U-Turn (I was surprised to learn Aerodactyl didn't). This way, you can set up your rocks, taunt if needed, then U-Turn out of there, allowing Archeops to return and refresh the rocks if needed.

Archeops @ Sitrus Berry / Focus Sash
Ability: Defeatist
EVs: 56 HP / 200 Atk / 252 Spe or 56 Def / 200 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- U-turn
- Earthquake / Stone Edge / some other physical attack

A comparison of Aerodactyl and Archeops' stats.

Slowbro

You said that you don't use Slowbro very much. Because of this, I would suggest taking away this guy's Mega-Stone, and instead make Charizard your Mega (more on that later). This way, Slowbro doesn't lose Regenerator upon m-evolving, and you could give him some other item instead, like Lum, Aguav, or Sitrus Berry (if you change Aerodactyl/Archeops' item to Focus Sash). As for the moveset, I [just realized that I] have very little experience with Slowbro, as I have never used it competitively, and I only remember facing against it once, maybe twice. I really don't know if I'm the best person to advise you here, but, since you were talking about replacing Thunder Wave anyway, I think Substitute could be a good option. But I do agree with sumwun that Psyshock, or Psychic, would be better than Future Sight.

Jolteon

You put stress on this set in your intro, but I'm not sure how to feel about it. Jolteon's not the bulkiest pokemon out there, and the EVs are spread to favor a special sweeper while your moveset is one of a setup pokemon. Overall, this moveset (minus Thunderbolt) would work best on Umbreon, with an EV spread focused more on defenses. However, if you must keep Jolteon, see if you have any Hondew Berries (removes 10 SpA EVs per berry). I would recommend lowering the SpA EVs down to 100, or lower, and retraining Jolteon in either HP or Def.

Tangrowth

Haha, yes. I have a very similar set with a Porygon2 that has saved me more battles than I can count. This guy's good.

Krookodile

A lot of people would disagree with me, but I definitely would not scarf this guy. I'm not the biggest fan of choice items, but on a pokemon with Moxie, they just clash with each other too much. With Moxie, you want to keep your sweeper in as long as possible, to build up your Atk stat. But if you're locked into an attack, the opponent could just bring out something to force a switch, and the Moxie boost(s) are lost. Choice Scarf might work if Krookodile has Intimidate instead, which would benefit from being switched in and out multiple times.
If you want to keep Moxie (which I personally would), then the item you have is fine, but, if you're not satisfied with Expert Belt, some replacements I would suggest are Assault Vest or Salac Berry.

Charizard

As stated above, I would suggest upgrading this guy to a Mega, preferably his Y-Mega. Massive boost in SpA, without the specs locking you into a single move, and Drought + Solarbeam provides huge damage while covering his water and rock weaknesses.

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Drought
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest is good, but if you don't mind going through the trouble, Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Air Slash
- Ancient Power
- Solar Beam

Hope this helps. Happy battling!

Thanks man and I think your suggestion is good :) I'll starting breeding that Archeops you suggested and as for Jolteon , I'll try swapping it out for an Umbreon instead. Also might swap out Krookodile for maybe Metagross or Excadrill. I'm thinking of using Pursuit with my Metagross but Excadrill also has access to Rapid Spin and is a good Fairy counter. But thanks it helps alot !
How do I get Stealth Rocks on to Archeops if it's a move from ORAS?
Please don't breed for Archeops. It's outclassed in stats (including speed) and ability by Azelf. Never use Archeops over Azelf unless Azelf is banned. Putting a choice scarf on a moxie user is actually a good idea. (there's a good reason why it's common) Moxie Pokemon are useful for sending in near the end of the game, when the opponent has nothing that resists a particular attack. Send it in on something that's either frail or low HP. The choice scarf makes it harder to revenge-kill.
Heh, I forgot about Azelf (guess I immediately thought about Archeops because it's so much like Aerodactyl).

Yeah, I guess I kind of have this self-perpetuating cycle of distaste for the choice items; I don't use them too often, so I'm not that experienced with using them, so I generally don't use them too well when I *do* use them, which makes me only want to use them less.  Honestly, I might not be the best person to take advice from when it comes to the choice items ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
