Replace Arcanine, Togekiss, and Milotic with Volcarona for a better attack stat and a good setup move, therian Landorus for better stats, and Toxapex for regenerator and toxic immunity. Give Ferrothorn a leftovers so it lasts longer. Replace Sableye's foul play with protect to more safely mega evolve and reveal the choice of choice item users.

I think you should replace Togekiss with another flying type (maybe with Aerodactyl) and Sableye with another dark or ghost type. (There are a lot better dark types or ghost types. A good dark type that I recommend is Hydreigon, even though it'll take forever to evolve. And for the ghost type, I recommend Gengar or Aegislash.)
I also think you should replace Ferrothorn with Venusaur (as absurd as it sounds, the mega evolution and the movepool are awesome, so you should probably get it).

Overall, your team is pretty good.

Therian Landorus is much better than Aerodactyl due to a bunch of things, like stealth rock, u-turn, less weaknesses, stronger physical attack, more bulk, and intimidate. While Sableye is ghost dark type, it's not really comparable to other ghost Pokemon or dark Pokemon because it does so many unique things. When was the last time you saw a Hydreigon switch into spikes and bounce it back? Also, Ferrothorn fits this team better because the mega slot is already taken by Sableye, so using Venusaur means losing Sableye.
I would agree with the Sableye part, but Sableye's base stats are pretty bad. It's not really worth mega evolving, and it's hard to use.
It depends on the situation. There really are lots of situations where taking no damage from psychic, bouncing status moves, burning opponents, and removing items are useful. Arguably, those situations are more common than situations that require good stats.

Half of your team is vulnerable to electric type moves. If you lose your Garchomp, then you will have a hard time winning games when the opponent has electric coverage. I do like your team though, as it is pretty unique! Another recommendation I have is the ratio of physical attackers to special attackers. Besides your walls, essentially your only special attacker is togekiss.
Recommendation (Summary): Give attention to the weakness your team has to electric type attacks
AND Maybe throw another special attacker to your mix by removing an extra wall. (I find a good ratio of attackers to defenders to be 2:1, or 4 beaters and 2 walls)
Hope this helped!
