Add Greninja for u-turn and Scizor for defog. Change Landorus's hidden power type to ice to cover grass and flying. Give Jirachi leftovers for healing and jolly to outspeed more stuff. Replace body slam with u-turn to reduce the need to predict switches.

Look sumwun, I prefer to use more Underused Pokémon because there's less counters out there for it. Also i'm probably not changing Jirachi's item any time soon. But I still changed the nature, and changes Landorus's HP to Fire and added a Greninja.

How are there less counters for underused Pokemon? In most cases, they're underused because they have too many counters.
Also, you should probably know that king's rock has no effect on iron head because iron head already has a flinch chance.

I use UU in OU because no one is expecting it so they didn't put counters. Simple. And okay, I guess I will change the item.

Opponents can still counter Pokemon they aren't expecting. For example, Cobalion is UU, but it can easily be countered by any OU team that has a Landorus (like yours).
Also, you should give your Greninja battle bond, which is easier to activate than torrent, and choice specs to activate its ability even more easily. You should also replace hidden power with dark pulse for STAB.
