I haven't posted a full team in a while, so I thought I'd make a webs team.

Shuckle @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Sticky Web
- Protect

Shuckle is the lead most of the time. It can set up webs and switch, then be more useful late-game.

Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sticky Web
- Thunder Wave
- Volt Switch
- Toxic

Galvantula also sets up webs, but it can also paralyze flying types.

Heracross-Mega @ Heracronite
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
- Bullet Seed
- Close Combat

Heracross hits incredibly hard and is much more capable on a webs team.

Xurkitree @ Electrium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Tail Glow
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Volt Switch

Xurkitree hits very hard when it doesn't need to hold a Choice Scarf. It only struggles against other electric types. Z-boosted Thunderbolt is really fun to use.

Kyurem-Black @ Life Orb
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Focus Blast
- Iron Head

I loved using Kyurem in ORAS OU, but its speed holds it back now. Sticky web fixes this though, and now it's a thread to the likes of Garchomp and Lando-T.

Hoopa-Unbound @ Life Orb
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hyperspace Fury
- Psychic
- Fire Punch
- Drain Punch

Finally, Hoopa-U is a real powerhouse, only struggling against the few dark types that resist fighting.

Are you sure sticky web is viable in OU?
sticky web is the least viable its ever been since so many new pokemon gained access to defog.

But still run it if you want, its good fun.

I'd recommend better abusers than Necrozma though, its pretty weak by OU standards.
Necrozma is an absolute monster in sticky webs, you should try it yourself.
Is it even better than unbound Hoopa?
I'd have to say that Hoopa-U would outclass Necroz by a good margin.
Hoopa-u doesn't have 200 BP Shattered Psyche
Necrozma doesn't have a STAB attack that almost nothing can switch into.
Necrozma is not an OU-standard Pokemon. If you won't take our word for it, try the concrete usage stats: http://www.smogon.com/stats/2017-12/gen7ou-1825.txt
Necrozma has a usage rate of under 0.4% in high-ranking games. Adding on, none of the members of your team go much above 1%. This is fine if you have one or two low-ranking members to full a very niche role for your team, but when your entire team comprises of mediocre Pokemon, it's not going to work very well. If you're having fun with this team, that's great: all I'm saying is that it's very off-meta and will not see upper-ladder success.
If you want my advice, drop Heracross for something that isn't OU and play this team in UU instead. Everything else is allowed there, and won't have to deal with OU's power creep.
Also, I'm pretty sure that having four bug Pokemon on one team is not a good thing.
I agree on the bug thing. And I'm making a webs team, so I don't think general usage matters much :p
It sort of does? It’s not like those stats don’t factor in Sticky Web. It reads more to me that despite Sticky Web, these Pokémon are still highly unpopular and/or ineffective in the meta. Sticky Web doesn’t fix everything, especially not in OU when it forces you to use off-meta Pokémon to even set it up in the first place.
And the point still stands, you really should play this UU instead. Even if you think the meta doesn’t apply to you because of this strat, it is much more practical when 5/6 members of your team are legal in that game.
Apparently, the best tier for sticky web is RU because Arquanid is actually good there. In all other tiers the sticky web setters suck.
And now there's a Pikachu on the team, even UU is steep.
Why the hell would anyone use Pikachu when Xurkitree is an option?
sorry, I must have thought when i started making the set that i would make it a mixed attacker and just went with it after seeing its awful physical movepool, you're totally right.
**** it, Necrozma hasn't felt bulky enough recently.
