Pokémon Rate My Team

Hello. I recently upgraded my team in new and useful Pokemon, got items, learned how to EV train and how to breed for good Pokemon. This is my competitve team, but I need advice. To star out, I need a new Pokemon. I recently used a Volcarona, and even though it's a good Pokemon, it hasn't proved efficient to me, even with EV's (252 SpA/252 Speed) and a good moveset (Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Fiery Dance, Roost). I tried Swellow, with Guts and Flame Orb, but jeez, I tried to use it and it was a major let down for me. So, I need a new Pokemon. I need a good competitive Pokemon. I'm not looking for specific Pokemon, but I want to know what (type of) Pokemon I'm missing on my Team. Breeding for certain things will not be a problem for me since I breed ALL my Pokemon. Here's my team at the moment:

Forretress@Leftovers
252 Defense/252 HP/4 SpD
Ability: Sturdy
Relaxed Nature
Moveset:
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball/Explosion/Volt Switch/Spikes (need help on this)

Gardevoir@Gardevoirite
252 SpA/252 Speed
Ability: Synchronize
Modest Nature
Moveset:
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Moonblast
- Psychic

Garchomp@Focus Sash
252 Attack/252 Speed
Abilty: Sand Veil
Jolly Nature
Moveset:
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Crunch/Stone Edge (deciding)

Arcanine@Life Orb/Leftovers
252 Attack/252 Speed
Ability: Intimidate
Jolly Nature
Moveset:
- Close Combat
- Flare Blitz
- Wild Charge
- Extreme Speed

Cloyster@Focus Sash
252 Attack/252 Speed
Ability: Skill Link
Jolly Nature
Moveset:
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
- Shell Smash
- Razor Shell

{Insert New Pokemon Here}

The other problms are move deciding, which if you missed it's with Garchomp and Forretress. Garchomp isn't a big deal anyways, since I'm probably going to give it Stone Edge either way. But Forretress I'm having trouble with. Should I make it a full on hazard? Or if it attacks, but should it take a suicide lead or Gyro Ball/Volt Switch?

Thank you in advance.

So this is an OU team, but it's on your cartridge? OU is a Smogon format which means its rules aren't in the cartridge. Are you just playing this on Battle Spot (i.e. not OU), or with people you have a mutual agreement with as to the rules?
If you want to play with OU rules, this is a much better platform: https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/
My bad, I'll change it.
on garchomp, crunch: more coverage
good coverage, overall
on forretress, gyro ball is good damage, often better than explosion (as i have found, but explosion works better sometimes), volt switch may act as a pivot, and full hazard isn't that bad (toxic spikes don't affect steel/aerial pokemon and are removed by poison types, so spikes as a back-up is dependable)
as for another pokemon, i'd say a special attacker, because you only have 1 of those. Maybe even a special scouter may work?
Note that if you find your team is weak to flying types (for whatever reason) you should have stone edge instead. remember, if you find something doesn't work, you can always change it.
Garchomp isn't threatened by very many Pokemon weak to crunch or stone edge, so stealth rock would be better on it.
stealth rocks on garchomp is redundant because forretress has stealth rocks and that is probably always the first move it uses. ground/dragon/steel type makes garchomp's spread weak to celesteela, and skamory, if your worried about that also, does no damage to shedninja).with crunch or stone edge, you'll be super effective to more pokemon, making garchomp potentially last longer. maybe even use no spikes; most of the time, forretress cant set all of them up (especially because of fire types). gyro ball, rapid spin, toxic spikes, and stealth rock should be good enough
Forretress is honestly an unviable Pokemon in OU, so he shouldn't be relying on it to set up stealth rock. If he really wants coverage on the Garchomp, then he should replace iron head with fire blast to cover Skarmory, Celesteela, AND Shedinja. There's still room on that set for stealth rock.
