Only cards from Ex Ruby & Sapphire, Ex Sandstorm, Ex Dragon, and Ex Team Magma vs Team Aqua allowed. However, energy from previous sets are also allowed.

Pokemon: 17

x4 Ralts (Hypnoblast) (R&S)-Needed for evolution.
x3 Kirlia (Super Psy) (R&S)-Has a decent removal attack and a three for 50 attack. Needed for evolution.
x1 Gardevoir (R&S)-Gets me energy onto my Pokemon, making Gardevoir ex more powerful. Energy Burst is also decent, doing 10 damage for each energy attached to Gardevoir and the Defending Pokemon.
x1 Gardevoir ex (Sandstorm)-Feedback is good if my opponent has a lot of cards in their hand. Psystorm can do a huge amount of damage, 10 for each energy attached to all Pokemon in play. 150 HP makes this card do a lot of damage and take a lot of prizes before going down.
x4 Eevee (Sandstorm)-Can easily get Espeon out. Needed for evolution.
x3 Espeon (Sandstorm)-In case I can't get Gardevoir ex out or it was already taken down. It can get those last prizes that Gardevoir ex couldn't get. Confuse Ray is also solid. A one for 20 with a chance to confuse.
x1 Mewtwo ex (R&S)-Energy in my discard pile can just be brought back. This card helps strengthen Gardevoir ex. I then switch out with Warp Point when I have enough energy. It also has a three for 60 attack and 100 HP.

Trainers: 20

x4 Oran Berry (R&S)-Healing. Mainly for my ex cards but also for Gardevoir's ability.
x4 PokeNav (R&S)-Gets me a card and lets me control my drawing.
x4 Potion (R&S)-Healing. Mainly for my ex cards but aso for Gardevoir's ability.
x4 TV Reporter (Dragon)-Drawing and discarding an energy for Mewtwo.
x2 Warp Point (MvA)-a Switch and Gust of Wind rolled into one.
x2 Professor Birch (R&S)-Drawing.

Energy: 23

x23 Psychic Energy-Needed.

This deck is incredibly powerful in the late game. Gardevoir ex and Espeon do a huge amount of damage, especially with support from Gardevoir and Mewtwo.
