I used your team on Showdown!, and won two out of three matches with it. I'm horrible competitively, so... It's pretty good.

There ARE a few things that I'd change, however.

First off, why do you have Diamond Storm on Diancie? Switch it out for Power Gem, and Give it a Timid Nature. Power Gem is Special. Plus, you get rid of that Special Defense drop that KO'ed Diancie in my second match.

Secondly, Tornadus. It has a good set, and with Assault vest and Regenerator, Tornadus stays around for a while. However, you gave him a Hasty Nature, which drops his defense. Give it a Timid Nature, and put the drop on his Attack. You need your defense, and U-Turn and Knock Off are strictly utility moves. At the very least, give it a Naive Nature, and let the Assault Vest pick up the dropped stats.

Third, I think Iron Tail on Zygarde is a mistake. It doesn't add an appreciable amount of coverage, and it's inaccurate. Therefore, I suggest Rock Slide. With Zygarde's three other moves, it gives you perfect neutral coverage, and it's more accurate. I chose Rock Slide over Stone Edge for it's higher accuracy.

I like your team. Here it is with my slight modifications:

Plasma Hose (Rotom-Wash) @ Iapapa Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 204 Def / 56 Spe
Bold Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Defog

Tweety (Tornadus-Therian) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 96 HP / 160 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
- U-turn
- Knock Off

Papa Swine (Mamoswine) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake

Acid Crawler (Zygarde) @ Choice Band
Ability: Aura Break
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Thousand Arrows
- Rock Slide
- Extreme Speed

Heartshine (Diancie-Mega) @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Power Gem
- Earth Power
- Moonblast
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Ouchies (Ferrothorn) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SpD

There you go. Hope I helped!

Diancie can't learn power gem. Knock off isn't purely a utility move; it can hurt a lot, especially against hurricane switch-ins like Chansey and Celesteela. Zygarde needs iron tail to hit fairy Pokemon like Clefable and Tapu Bulu.
diancie can learn Power Gem (Gen 7 OU), I said Knock Off was a utility move because He lacks the base attack to use it well offensively, and Zygarde is choiced locked. If he misses, He's dead.
I think people prefer diamond storm on Diancie because it's stronger and has a good chance to raise physical defense. As for having Zygarde use rock slide, it would have no coverage at all against the common fairy type Pokemon. It's dead whether it hits or misses. At least it has a 75% chance to survive by using iron tail.
Iron Tail: fair enough.

Diamond Storm: I still don't think it's a great idea. Both of Diancie's attacks are quite high, but he had split the EV's to accommodate Diamond Storm. If he goes with Power Gem, his other moves will also be more powerful, because of the higher Special Attack.
