A few things, right off the bat.
Sigilyph has a life orb. Therefore, his ability should be magic guard (prevents indirect damage) life orb damage won't take place.

Clefable doesn't evolve, therefore, evolite won't have any effect.

Mimikyu
Its generally better to run swords dance over bulk up, as It boosts your attack faster.

Toxapex
He's not an attacker. Switch out some of those moves.
Scald is great attack for him, it has a high chance to cause a burn.
Haze is a good option, as well as toxic, toxic spikes, knock off, and recover.
What are the EVs and natures on your Clefable and Mimikyu?
Your Mimikyu is busted with no EVs... are you new?
252 SpD on Mega-Altaria... help I think I'm dying of cringe

Your team kinda has a lot of problems with it. First ting I see is that it has a big steel type weakness and you have only have one move and no pokemon that checks that weakness. Next, is that you have an eviolite on your clefable for whatever reason. Also, you have too many defensive/bulky type pokemon. I would recommend you keep 2 and get rid of one. If you decide to keep toxapex don't make it a mix attacker, ill put a better set down below. Sigilyph really doesn't have much use on your team, if your opponent has a dark type it is useless, I recommend getting rid of it, or if you want to keep it them gives it better moves for some coverage. Ferrothorn I don't know you gave it max attack when it really has one big hitting move being gyroball and leech seed isn't all that reliable, you should change its EVs around so that its more bulky. Mimikuyu is a good pokemon on your team, but i would change its item to a life orb, give it either a jolly or adamant nature, etc. (ill leave a suggested set) Your team doesn't really check a lot of pokemon, but hey if you wanna keep this team that is fine, but add a special sweeper and trade out a few for better coverage.

Down below will be your exact team, but with some changes....
