This is how the team looks like:

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Level: 50
EVs: 204 HP / 248 Atk / 4 Def / 52 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Spore
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain

Breloom is a stalling mon. He can use Spore to make the opponent fall asleep. Substitute is good for protection, while he uses Leech Seed and Giga Drain to heal and damage simultaneously. He also heals with Toxic Orb/Poison Heal. Grass types are a threat here!

Flygon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
EVs: 132 HP / 124 Atk / 132 SpA / 116 Spe
- Rock Slide
- Earth Power
- Fury Cutter
- Hyper Beam

Flygon is a weakness coverage for Breloom. The first moves are for coverage, Fury Cutter is just really annoying, and Hyper Beam can get a KO in some situations. Life Orb increases damage even more. Choice scarf would be decent, but then he can't use any other moves, and that can hurt him a lot.

Metagross-Mega @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
Level: 50
EVs: 124 HP / 252 Atk / 132 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Zen Headbutt
- Bullet Punch
- Brick Break
- Sludge Bomb

This is the Metagross sweeper for the MetaLele strategy. Metagrossite is to mega evolve. zen Headbutt pairs well with Tough Claws and Psychic Terrain to do huge damage. Bullet Punch if they have really low HP. Brick Break is for coverage against Reflect, Light screen, and Dark types. I just added Sludge Bomb for fun, because I don't know what to have there.

Tapu Lele @ Red Card
Ability: Psychic Surge
Level: 50
EVs: 124 HP / 132 SpA / 252 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic Terrain
- Nature's Madness
- Moonblast
- Psychic

Tapu Lele is a setup for Metagross. Psychic Terrain can renew the terrain multiple times (just in case). Nature's Madness is just generally useful. Moonblast and Psychic for STAB.

Sigilyph @ Flame Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psycho Shift
- Roost
- Stored Power
- Cosmic Power

This is another staller. He can shift the burn from the Flame Orb to the opponent. Roost heals him up. Cosmic Power raises stats. Stored Power does damage based on Cosmic's stat boosts and is able to do huge damage. Magic Guard makes him hard to hit.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Swords Dance
- U-turn

Landorus T is a very typical sweeper. because he's a sweeper, I left out Stealth Rock. I also did it partly because they might take unnecessary precautions to avoid a Stealth Rock that doesn't exist. earthquake is an obvious choice, especially since the team has Flygon and Sigilyph, who both won't even be hit. Knock Off will ruin many strategies by getting rid of their item. Swords Dance makes your attacks more powerful, and U-Turn is to switch out against Ice and Water types.

So, what do you think?

Have you even tested this team? You can fix problems so much faster by simply building and using this team 2-3 times on Showdown! instead of waiting for us to help you.
I haven't had the chance yet..
And although it's helpful to find your team's bad parts, it's not helpful to tell WHAT to replace it with
Know what I mean?
also i changed the assault vest to a groundium z, but i can't edit it anymore
You do realize that Sludge Bomb is special, right? And even if it was physical, there's literally no reason to run that over Meteor Mash, which also hits Fairies, but then also gets STAB.
KRLW Thanks, I didn't notice that. What do you think I should replace it with?
That's not even the worst problem on this team. The assault vest holder knows a status move.
How can flygon gen fury cutter in VGC2018 if the only way is from trading from FR/LG? Unless you can trade the pokemon you use from other games so correct me if I'm wrong?
Trapinch can inherit fury cutter from breeding. Not that I'd recommend actually using it, though.
Lol ok
I decided to switch the Flygon to a much better Pokemon:

Tyranitar @ Hard Stone
Ability: Unnerve
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crunch
- Rock Slide
- Dragon Dance
- Iron Tail
VGC is a fast-paced format because you and your opponent can each attack twice in one turn. Because of this, defensive Pokemon like your Breloom and Sigilyph tend to be very bad. If you don't know what to replace them with, then you can try reading these: https://www.smogon.com/stats/2018-04/gen7vgc2018-1760.txt https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/vgc-2018-viability-rankings.3622041/
thanks sumwun! that's really helpful. I am probably going to replace one of the two with Mimikyu-Totem...
i'll see how that goes
