LAPRAS - OHKO moves are banned in all tiers except for BSS and AG. The smogon suggested set is a Choice Specs set, but I think you were going for a tank, so I’ll suggest a set of my own. (A Perish Trapper set.) Here it is:

The only scenarios Block would be better than Whirlpool is if your opponent has Water Absorb or the 15% of the time that it misses.
AMPHOROS - Mega Ampharos is banned in PU, so why is it holding an Amphorosite? It says it’s just an Ampharos in parenthasees, too so what? Replace Ampharos’s useless item with Leftovers for residual recovery. This is important because Ampharos has access to no reliable recovery moves. I see you’re going for a Rain Sweeper set, but Ampharos can’t sweep in the rain because it’s so slow. Instead use the smogon suggested cleric set. (You needed a cleric anyways so this worked out perfectly.)

JYNX (AURORUS) - Although Aurorus is completely viable, it doesn’t fit on your team at all. What makes it good is it’s excellent ability, Snow Warning, but your team can’t utilize hail very well, making Aurorus virtually useless. Instead, use Jynx, whose amazing sweeping abilities makes it fit on every team. Also, you’re missing a Z-User, and Jynx is one of the best Z-User in the entire PU metagame. Here’s the standard smogon set for a Z-Lovely Kiss + Nasty Plot Sweeper:

FLOATZEL - Nickname your Floatzel FloatzelFan to commemorate our favorite Loppunt hater. Floatzel isn’t a good Choice Band user because it likes to hit opponents super effectively, making use of its diverse physical movepool. Instead, use a Life Orb so it can hit opponents supernatural effectively. Floatzel is a much best special sweeper than a physical one even though its special attack is lower than its attack stat because of its more diverse special movepool. Use Focus Blast, Hydro Pump, Taunt, and Ice Beam. Now that it’s a special sweeper, change its EV layout to suit it better. (252 Spe/252 SpA/4 Def with a Timid Nature.)
AGGRON - I’m assuming you want a tank set, but it’s hard to tell because your set is so trashy. Use this set for a tank Aggron
