I put some thought into this with some effort and so far it's going good. Just need some feedback on how to improve it. Battle Format: Doubles. Game: ORAS

Dragonite @ Assault Vest
Timid/Multiscale
252 Sp.D/252 Sp.A/4 Spd

...
Sub For Dragonite:
Stall:
Goodra @ Assault Vest
Timid/Hydration
252 Sp.D/126 Sp.A/126 Spd/4Hp
Rest
Dragon Pulse
Sludge wave/Bomb(Ally Pokemon is Steel)
Acid Armor

Honorable mentions:

Kingdra(Average Stats, too many dragon types is Fairy Bait, not that scizor couldnt handle them)

Mega Swampert(unfortunately, I do not have a swift swim Swampert, otherwise I may trade off)

Omastar(Again, I do not have one, yet shell smash and sweep has crossed my mind plus I think it gets baton pass)

Forretress(Amazing hazard setter, only Pokemon I know besides smeargle that can use Stealth rock, toxic Spikes, and Spikes) however scizor role overpowers it, and Farrothorn can still do spikes)

Overall just from battle Maison streaks(112) and link battles this team has came through for me. However, I'm here looking for improvement. So what do you think?

If you're making a team based on rain, why not use Kyogre?
@Ginny umm cuz legendaries with stats above 600 are not allowed in the format?
Oh I didn't know that legends were banned. Sorry.
Cool. Btw the rain team is fine.
But consider two rain setters, most of your team is heavily dependent on it.
In what order will you send out your pokemons?
