Hey Guys, I just started competitive battling and it would really mean a lot if you guys answered my problem, so starting of, I won’t consider changing any pokemon, but only the mentioned below, so, Currently I have a pokemon team consisting of

Stymfalikos (Skarmory) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 SpD
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Whirlwind / Brave Bird
- Defog

Stygian (Gliscor) (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 64 SpD / 152 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Ice Fang / Knock Off
- Taunt

Novaelios (Volcarona) (M) @ Firium Z
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 68 HP / 60 Def / 128 SpA / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Fiery Dance
- HP Ground

Levi (Milotic) (M) @ Flame Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 132 Def / 124 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- HP Electric / Refresh
- Recover

And for the last two slots I don’t know which I should use

Chronos (Absol) (M) @ Absolite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Fire Blast
- Zen Headbutt
- Play Rough

Kamikaze (Staraptor) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Close Combat
- Double Edge
- U Turn
- Brave Bird

Or

Cloudjumper (Altaria) (M) @ Altarianite
Ability: Cloud Nine
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Sp Def
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Hyper Voice / Hyper Beam
- Fire Blast / Cotton Guard
- Roost
- HP Ground

Shadow (Umbreon) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Def
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Payback / Foul Play
- Mean Look / Protect
- Rest / Wish
- Curse / Toxic

So here are my thoughts, I can easily just go with the Absol set which seems better because its more balanced with sweepers and bulky pokemon, but on the other hand, the stall-ish team of Altaria just has more bulk and Umbreon can easily destroy once he mean looks pokemon who can’t touch him and gets the curse boosts up and having bulky Attackers is really helpful, also with the slashes, which one would be better

What format (wifi singles, doubles, showdown tier etc)?
Wifi singles most likely
In that case, the first piece of advice is to decide what format you want to play and then make a team for it, not the other way around. You'll make better teams if you've got the format's meta and premier threats in mind, though understanding those also comes with time.
Yeah I mean, I played some games with these on showdown and both are pretty alright, the Bulky team although slower, survives hits and can strike back with lots of damage while the other one helps me a lot by sweeping  ,but a single hit just destroys them with ease and against tanks such as Toxapex and Tapu Fini, I can’t really hit them hard unless I sack one of my Pokemon with a strong neutral hit and use staraptor which doesn’t always end them with one hit, so I just needed help deciding which is better
6v6 or 3v3? Are there any Pokemon, moves, or abilities that you're not allowed to use?
