What format?
Irrespective, I don't know any game mode where Ledian is remotely a good idea. If we're to assume this is for OU or BSS, then every team member expect Mawile is outclassed in some capacity.
anything goes
If you want to win games in Anything Goes, you need to use a team with a stack of legendary Pokémon, as they are the best Pokémon at your disposal in that format. The reality is you will not achieve anything with the team you posted here in AG.
The Pokémon in your team vary so significantly in their tier that it is impossible to recommend a format that it would be effective in. Magcargo is rated PU (the lowest) and Mawile OU (second highest). You would need to significantly shift this team to win with it.
In future, I highly recommend choosing a format and researching it before doing teambuilding. Sorry if this is harsh, but this team shows you don’t yet understand tiers and different formats properly, or that you’ve at least misconceived what the AG meta entails.
As harsh as it sounds, a metagame like Anything Goes severely punishes poor team options. Roughly half of your team will get steamrolled by Mega Rayquaza, and your team lacks any sort of offensive presence barring Mawile.
I can see Mawile as a justifiable option, but everything else is horribly outclassed. Why run Reuniclus when you could instead run the myriad of Psychic types available? Why Milotic when Palkia and Water Arceus are better bulky water types?
And, not to be rude of course, but Ledian and Magcargo? They're among some of the worst Pokemon in the game.
Why does Mawile have Foul Play? It uses the opponent's attack stat, not yours.

You'll have to rework this team pretty significantly for it to work. Fizz and sumwun's comments are pretty spot-on, too.
