Pokemon: 21

x3 Chikorita (DF)-Needed for evolution.
x2 Bayleef (DF)-Needed for evolution.
x1 Meganium (DF)-110 HP and resistance to Water is nice. Evolutionary Call is nice, I get three basics and evolutions. I can get the entire Blastoise line into my hand. Both Blastoise and Meganium out would be hard to beat. Delta Reduction is great, a two for 40 that makes me take 30 less damage my opponent's next turn. Mega Impact is also nice, a three for 60 attack.
x3 Squirtle (Solid Shell) (CG)-Solid Shell is a nice ability, especially at the start of the game, since reducing 10 damage can mean taking no damage at the start of the match. Bubblebeam is also nice, a one for 10 that can paralyze. Squirtle is also good in that it goes past Fighting resistance and hits for Water weakness. Needed for evolution.
x2 Wartortle (Bite) (CG)-Needed for evolution.
x1 Blastoise (Fighting/Steel) (CG)-Having my Active Pokemon not have any weakness is very nice. So is 110 HP and being both Fighting and Steel type. Enraged Linear Attack is incredible, for two energy doing 10 damage for each damage counter on Blastoise to any one of my foe's Pokemon. That can end up being 100 damage for two energy! And to have that damage be done to any Pokemon is simply amazing. Skull Bash is a decent three for 60 attack.
x3 Cacnea (CG)-Gets me Basic Pokemon, including Groudon ex. Goes past Fighting resistance and hits for Grass weakness. Needed for evolution.
x2 Cacturne (CG)-Spike Storm and Triple Needle work well together. Triple Needle does for one energy 10 damage to three of my opponent's Pokemon. And Spike Storm puts one damage counter on a foe that has damage already. Light Punch is a decent three for 50.
x3 Pinsir (DF)-A 60 HP basic. Armor can reduce damage I take by 30. And Delta Call is great as it allows me to get any Pokemon except Squirtle, Wartortle, and Groudon.
x1 Groudon ex (CG)-A 100 HP Basic. Power Blast is a three for 100. And when Groudon has one or less energy attached to it it takes 20 less damage, which works great along with Power Blast to give me time to recharge for another hit.

Trainers: 16

x2 Holon Mentor (DF)-Gets me bascis.

Energy: 23

x19 Fighting Energy-Needed.
x4 Metal Energy (Neo Genesis)-Needed for Blastoise and also makes my Pokemon bulkier.
