What are the abilities of all your Pokemon? Are you allowed to use all generations 1 and 2 Pokemon, including Mewtwo and Lugia?

-Azumarill has no item, there's no reason you shouldn't have a Sitrus Berry to help since you're running a belly drum set.
-Typhlosion: Specs + Will-o-Wisp is a big no-no and I'd opt for changing it to Flamethrower so Typh has another Fire STAB that isn't useless at low hp. Extrasensory also isn't the best coverage, I'd opt for Focus Blast instead. It should also have Modest instead of Timid to focus on its raw power with Eruption. Hidden abilities are banned, but Flash Fire is much more useful than Blaze.
-What is Skarmory's ability? It should have Sturdy.
-Crobat has no item. I get the gimmick with Acrobatics without an item, but that's too gimmicky and you're better off running Brave Bird with Black Sludge instead. You should also be running Roost instead of U-turn or Haze, though the choice can be pretty tough.
-Again, even with no hidden abilities and Infiltrator as a hidden ability, it's less situational than Inner Focus.
-Mystic Water is a bad item, use Life Orb instead. Also, I cannot stress enough how ridiculously good Sheer Force is as an ability (though you might have to change Superpower and Earthquake for different moves)
-Metal Coat is a bad item. You could run Choice Band, Leftovers, Lum Berry, even Shed Shell or Occa Berry if you're worried about Magnezone and Fire types respectively.
