I feel like this team is too susceptible to taunt but i'm not sure what to change. So please leave suggestions.

For handling taunt, i think you should replace two of your party Pokemons with two attacking ones. Choice be yours for the respective Pokemons.

Hmm i think roost would be better with scyther if you want use attacker use band or scarf

you can use Quagsire or Gastrodon with scyther they are resisting rock-electric-fire and gastrodon checks scald
your team is so bulky nasty plot aloraichu can easily sweep this team.

I'm pretty sure Manectric needs a choice scarf more than it needs choice specs. Choice scarf lets it outspeed a whole bunch of sweepers, including Carracosta at +2 speed.
