So, I started playing PU recently, and I have been using this team for a while. Honestly, I think it's pretty decent, but i'm not too sure, so here it is:

Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick Room
- Dazzling Gleam
- Earth Power
- Extrasensory

LooksLikeMyDog (Stoutland) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crunch
- Ice Fang
- Psychic Fangs
- Howl

FloofGuardian (Lycanroc) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Drill Run
- Crunch

- Bulk Up

Headache (Mudsdale) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Stamina
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature

- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Iron Defense

Also, sometimes I swap Altaria for Clefable, and this is the set I use on it.

FeelTheRage (Clefable) @ Leftovers
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Cosmic Power
- Flamethrower
- Dazzling Gleam
- Hyper Voice

So, i'd appreciate it if anyone could give me some advice. Thanks, from MegaLatiasIsTrash.

What? You cannot use Clefable in PU.
Uh, Clefable is OU. Even if you were using it, Cute Charm is a garbage ability compared to Magic Guard and Unaware.

Clefairy is pretty decent in PU, from what I've seen, thanks to its good bulk with Eviolite and Magic Guard.

The main problem I see is that the team doesn't have much defensive utility, since most of your Pokemon are pretty frail (excluding Claydol and maybe Altaria)

There are also some moveset issues I've noticed. Eelektross doesn't need the extra paralysis chance on Discharge, Extrasensory is inferior to Psychic or Psyshock, same story with Dazzling Gleam, Fly is worthless unless Altaria's running a Z Crystal, and it'll get stonewalled by Fairy-types if it already uses its crystal and is forced to fly or switch out. Stoutland isn't running a STAB move and Howl is pretty garbage, you're better off running a banded or scarfed set. The rest of the sets are fine, except Clefairy's which I'd rather just redo in favor of a Calm Mind set.

Those are just my thoughts, I hope I helped!
paralysis is huge in the Pu meta so discharge should be fine.
Eh, I still don't think it's worth losing a bit of Eeleektross' explosive power. You could always run Thunder Wave on Coil if you really want to paralyze, though don't get the wrong idea, paralysis is still great

Sorry, this team looks weird and bad at the same time.
Altaria:
Who goes fly without Flyinium Z?
Cotton Guard? LOOOL

Eelektross:
One does not simply go Coil on a special attacker.
Dragon Pulse? You're better off with Hp-Grass

Claydol:
Seems decent.... if it's not on a fast team.
Psychic is better than Extrasensory.

Stoutland:
Again, one doesn't simply go a pokemon without stab moves.
Also Howl is bad.

Lycanroc:
Bulk up? LOOOL. Swords Dance is better.
Stone edge hits harder than Rock slide.
Accelerock is for priority.
Crunch is useless.

Mudsdale:
Seems decent enough, just that iron defense isn't good with stamina since stamina boosts defense as soon as a pokemon hits it with a physical attack.

changed claydol with regice because you had a common weakness of ice/water.'

Why would you use hidden power when Eelektross can learn giga drain?
it could? oh then replace it with giga drain then :P
Looking at your revised team, I think it's fine aside from a lack of defensive utility outside of the newly added Regice. Water and Fighting types such as Carracosta and Gurdurr can also just run right through it due to a complete lack of Water and Fighting resistances outside of Altaria, who loses to any Fairy type and common coverage choices on those Pokemon.
