Help with my Platinum Battle Tower team?

Question

My school's having ANOTHER tournament. This time, we must use the 3 starters on Sinnoh and see can get the most wins in one hour. Here's my team:

Torterra (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Seed Bomb
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Superpower
Physical sweeper. Seed Bomb and Earthquake has nice STAB. Superpower takes care of Ice types, and Outrage takes care of annoying Dragons. Ice, Flying, Bug, and Fire moves can go to Empoleon.

Infernape (F) @ Focus Sash

Trait: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Fire Punch
- ThunderPunch
- Mach Punch
With a Swords Dance up, and that great Speed, this is deadly. Fire Punch and Mach Punch are nice STAB with priority, and ThunderPunch kills Waters and Flying types. If only this thing had Iron Fist in Gen IV.....

Empoleon (M) @ Life Orb

Trait: Torrent
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Aqua Ring
Special sweeper. Its many resistances help WALL. Electric moves go to Torterra. Aqua Ring helps heal off Life Orb Damage. Surf is STAB, HP Rock and Ice Beam are coverage.

Torterra:

All I can say is to replace Outrage with Stone Edge here. Dragon Types in Gen V have and extra Flying Typing(excluding Garchomp and Flygon, covered by Empoleon's Ice Beam). Also, Stone Edge covers your Flying, Bug, and Ice Weaknesses if Empoleon is down.

Infernape:

Nothing I can say here really, good Infernape. Also I think a MixApe works good here too. If you want to know what the set is, just comment.

Empoleon:

Nothing I can say, except that I think this Empoleon needs more Bulk being a Defensive Pivot. The EVs will depend on if you use MixApe or 1 HP Sweeper Infernape.

I would suggest more bulk on Empoleon, since its role is to wall.

252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef Look good for Empoleon? I have EV reducing berries, and they are LV 40.
Also, my Infernape's HP is Electric....
