Regice is a bad pokemon unfortunately. Unique and good aren't the same thing.

Why are there so many choice items? I understand Greninja, I see it on Lando-T (but having both is a little over the top), And Magnezone benefits from Air Balloon much more than a Scarf.
Like PX ™ said, Regice is a bad Pokemon; there are other Mons that do Regice's job better.

Although, if you want a Defog-er, I like this Landorus and Greninja core much better.

There is no reason why you should have Rotom set to Wash because you already have Greninja. If your desperate for Rotom, Rotom-Heat will give better coverage because you have no fire type. But, a core that works well with Regice(if you still want to use it) is Heatran.

Ability: Flash Fire

Adding this core with Magnezone or Regice will do you perfectly fine with Flash Fire.

Air Balloon is bad for Magnezone because the opponent should see it on Magnezone and the immediately break it. Choice Scarf ensures Magnezone can KO Kartana and Scizor without Being OHKOd with Sacred Sword and Superpower, respectively, and allows Magnezone to be a useable teammate later in the match rather than being a dead weight. :P

Landorus should keep stone edge to hit Gyarados and Tornadus a lot harder and keep choice scarf to pivot and revenge-kill more easily. I think its knock off should be replaced with ice hidden power because Landorus is more threatened by flying Pokemon, especially opposing Landorus, than it is by any psychic or ghost Pokemon.
