Zangoose is not viable in OU and there is no point in giving it rest&sleep talk to counter it's poison, sleep talk with only one attacking move is pretty bad, and a sweeper can't effectively use rest. It would be better to give it knock off and quick attack. But the best choice is just using another pokemon.

Gliscor is good enough

Doublade is not really good without shadow sneak, and you might prefer something like M-Aggron, Kartana or Skarmory for a steel type that does something similar.

Goodra is ok, you could try using something else for OU, but it's a decent set and it can be useful enough

Blastoise should have Rapid Spin instead of Dragon Pulse, even though Tentacruel and Starmie are better Water-type rapid spinners. If you want an offensive water type, use Greninja, Keldeo or Gyarados. If you want a more defensive one, Rotom-Wash, Tapu Fini or Toxapex are great choices

Scolipede should use a different object. Black sludge is preferable over leftovers, but in my opinion this is the perfect pokemon to be given a z-move in your team. Buginium Z could be used with Megahorn instead of X-Scissor to make the z-move even more powerful. Aqua tail with waterium z is also a great coverage option if you don't want to get walled by things like landorus and gliscor

Overall the team is pretty bad but can be somewhat fixed mainly by removing Doublade and Zangoose. You could also give Stealth Rock to Gliscor

mega blastoise, zangoose, doublade, aren't really viable in USUM OU.

Goodra may be decent in certain situations, but can be easily defeated with physical type moves.

4/10 on my behalf.

Can you possibly explain why they're not viable?
