I would personally put wise glasses on the contrary Serperior, but leftovers is also a good item. Other than that this is a overall good team.

Wise glasses powers up attacks only 1.1 times. It's much less useful than things like a Grassium Z or miracle seed.

No, leftovers is pretty much mandatory on serperior to mitigate substitute damage and to set up 5 of them. I glare a Pokemon on the switch, substitute until they can't move then fire away.
