- Use more set-up sweepers on HO teams. You have plenty of wallbreakers and more-than-adequate speed control, but not many options to capitalise off momentum except to attack.
- Run HP and Spe on Aerodactyl (and Timid if you're not using attacks). I don't think Tailwind is valuable to this team outside of Kyurem, so maybe use Excadrill instead.
- I think you will get more mileage out of U-turn than Fairy coverage on Koko. Consider running the Shuca Berry set, which could grant you a safe Defog against common setters carrying Earthquake.
- I not a fan of Surf on Greninja. You can use Dark Pulse much of the time you can't risk accuracy.
- Scarf Garchomp isn't so valuable on a team with so many fast mons. Use a set-up sweeper instead; preferably one that can kill Ferrothorn or Toxapex because they switch into Kyurem and Greninja.
- Use HP Fire on Alakazam. It will help break down balance/BO cores dependent on Ferrothorn, Celesteela, Magearna, and Scizor. It's not necessary to have both Psychic STABs.
I took some of the suggestions and edited the team. Here is the new one based off your suggestions. Although I would ask, would it really matter if Aerodactyl is timid or jolly? It's just gonna be a suicide lead either way

I decided to change Alakazam because I'm not used to its playstyle plus I'm too greedy. Even though I am aware I shouldn't do it, I keep spamming psychic and I still need some practice on not to be greedy
Timid lowers your Attack, which limits confusion and Foul Play damage.
Oh I see. I'll have to find myself one then. That shouldn't be too hard. And what do you think of the new team based on your suggestions?

Aerodactyl as set-up. Hmmmmmm......
Aerodactyl isn't tanky which isn't ideal for set up as not very good bulk but nice speed. What's with EV spread? At least invest in bulk since it's a non attacker.

Tapu Koko with defog and stealth rock? No. Prob change it to nature madness to break walls.

Kyurem with two ice STAB. Replace ice beam with either dragon dance or outrage. I would say that icicle spear is better than freeze shock most of the time although lesser damage output with icium Z . I would think this is better:
Black kyurem@lum berry/life orb
252atk/252spe/4hp
Adamant/jolly
- Subsitute
- icicle spear
- fusion bolt
- dragon dance/outrage
Or if u want to keep freeze shock, use power herb

Greninja looks good.

Garchomp is okay.

Why both psychic and psyshock on Alakazam? I say get rid of psychic for energy ball/grass knot/shadow ball/dazzling gleam.

dragon dance is only accessible in gen 8
why is a one time use item that has 150 base power (freeze shock + power herb) better than a one time use item that has 200 base power (freeze shock + icium z)
Black Kyurem also doesn't have access to icicle spear. In fact freeze shock is the only ice type physical move Black Kyurem learns
Oh oops I was looking at gen 8
