I know this is scummy, but I enjoy using it
I always set up spikes, toxic spikes, then stealth rock in that order never double it stacks up nicely.

This will probably help more than a team rate. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qYztMbBTY0qm4mFy1-66bafgsVQ2gkeErAO3QUghEBY/edit?usp=sharing One obvious problem with this team is that most defog users can instantly remove all your hazards. If you like hazard stacking, then you should have more than one hazard setter, such as Qwilfish and Ferroseed, and also a defiant Primeape to take advantage of defog.
Forretress instead of pineco.
Double Edge AND return on golem? Nature power? It's a physical attacker what's wrong with you?
A physical Meowstic? Prankster when you have only attacking moves?
Mega Drain instead of giga drain?
@Deathrider Have you tried using Forretress in PU? Can you show me a replay?
@loli Ferroseed is better than both Pineco and Forretress. It has higher special defense and takes less damage from stealth rock.
Ok to answer some questions
1. golem is meant for the galvanize banded explosion
2. I chose pineco because of the stats and the trap movepool
3. the physical meowstic throws people off and makes them think of what my strategy is
4. I don't see many people in pu use defog
5. also prankster helps with power up punch giving it +2 instead of +1
6. and finally why pineco? there are 2 reasons 1. in a 2nd genner 2. the eveolite helps tank a bit more damage.

I hope the explanation helped
Are you sure prankster changes the effect of power-up punch? Can you show us a replay?
Also Ferroseed has better stats and more resistances, can also get boosted by eviolite, and it can learn leech seed to force opponents to choose between taking stealth rock damage or leech seed damage. Also having 2 bugs on the same team makes your team weak to stealth rock.
ferroseed cant learn toxic spikes, but pineco can't learn leech seed and same goes for omanyte. Roselia seems like the best outcome by learning spikes, toxic spikes, and leech seed , and as for the prankster meowstic, I looked into it, but power up punch don't work sadly, fixed it while the comment was waiting to get approved. i removed meowstic in favor for duosion.

Duosion @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flash Cannon
- Energy Ball
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
If you change your team, you should probably edit your original post.
I think Qwilfish is the best toxic spikes user. It can't learn leech seed, but it has more resistances, intimidate, and taunt (to stop defog users and other taunt users). You might want to use both Qwilfish and Ferroseed because they resist each other's weaknesses.
Raichu is better than both Duosion and Meowstic. Nasty plot lets it raise its special attack 2 stages in 1 turn, and having 2 types of STAB attacks make it difficult for dark Pokemon to counter Raichu.
