Your EV spreads are very unconventional. Can you explain why you chose them? Some don't follow the game mechanics (e.g. 90 is not divisible by 4), and others are outright illegal (e.g. 260 SpA).
What format/game mode/rule-set do you intend to use this team for?
Yeah I know my ev's are very off the wall when it comes to how it's normally done. I'm still not completely sure how it works in detail but I have a fairly solid baseline idea of it. As for the 260 SpA that was just a typo on my part, sorry bout the confusion. It should be 4 Def, 4 SpDef, 250 Spd, 252 SpA for Hydreigon.

This team is usually gonna be used in battle spot single battles so only 3 at a time or single battles against friends so I can use the whole team.

I highly recommend you don't use the EV spreads you listed. It is almost never optimal to make substantial investments in more than three stats. Most of the time, it's best to simply max the two most important stats for your Pokemon. For example, that Sceptile set should run max Attack and Speed. Bulk EVs on fast, frail sweeper Pokemon like this are not worth the opportunity cost of running more Attack and Speed. As a general rule, use EVs to compliment your Pokemon's role, not turn them into all-arounders or fix their flaws.
All of your EV investments should be divisible by 4. To illustrate, your Arcanine has multiple stats with 90 points invested; each of these is wasting 2 EVs. You would get the same return running 88 on each of those stats, so you should spend the leftover EVs elsewhere.
I just saw your natures as well, which are similarly sub-optimal and lead me to think you didn't breed this team for competitive play. If that's the case, your Pokemon's IVs are almost certainly flawed as well. Iron out these issues with your teambuilding before you worry about the strategy, as everything you've got here is at an inherent disadvantage due to imperfect IVs and random natures.
This will probably help more than a team rate. https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/past-gens-resource-archive-iii.3611616/ Also there's no good reason to use 90 EVs instead of 88.
Aight. I'll take the EV advice into account, thanks for that. As for my IV's and natures, I know my natures are bad and honestly I really don't care too much. I'm not a hard core player and breeding is not something I really don't want to do so I just dexnav chain to get good IV's without looking at natures. Because of this my Pokemon have perfect IV's in their best/important stats (ie. Aggron has perfect Def, and SpDef/Hydreigon has perfect SpAtk and Spd) and have no IV's that are below 15.

Mixed Arcanine isn't the best thing in the world and use a focus sash or sitrus berry sceptile with unburden
Milotic could be a more better special wall/sweeper with calm mind and replace bulldoze with something else

it can't get calm mind
