This is a very good team. Here's some advice to perfect it.

 - You have two Grass types. I would switch out Ferrothorn for a better Steel type, like Aggron.

 - Give your Blissey some more actual damage-dealing moves besides Flamethrower.

- Also give your Tentacruel some more damage-dealing moves. I would replace Protect with Substitute so you can really lay down the Toxic Spikes.

That's about it. Hope this helps!

You should probably reconsider your defensive core since both are weak to Fighting. I would also suggest Eviolite Chansey > Blissey for extra defence and less damage taken from Psyshock. Also I would advise these EV spreads:

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Breloom is slow, so it needs max speed investment to be able to Spore something.

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
EVs: 248 HP, 252 Def, 16 Speed
This spread is best for support/ defensive Tentacruel, especially since you don't have any physical walls on your team.
What about Alakazam holding Alakazite instead of life orb?

This looks kinda more like a Gen V team than a Gen VI. You learn quickly, if you remember me!

Conkeldurr and Alakazam

One of the best offensive core. A bulky physical with a special sweeper is always nice to have. Conkeldurr is fine. BUT, this time, as you already have Bulk Up as a boosting move for your physical bulk, I would invest 252 HP / 252 Sp.Def / 4 Atk, and Bulk Up should make it up for the lack of EVs in attack and defense. You see ? ;)
I hate Alakazam. But I think it fits well into this team. Let's see: use this set instead:

  • Trick
  • Psyshock
  • Focus Blast
  • Hidden Power {ICE}

And give it a choice Scarf. With it, disable the SubDisable Gengar, as well as any wall, staller, launcher, phazer and Setup Pokémon. Cool, uh ?

Blissey and Ferrothorn

I would go for Eviolite Chansey for the Extra Bulk, with this set:

  • Toxic
  • Protect
  • Seismic Toss
  • Aromatherapy

And the EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp.Def. I ain't boss in Chansey and Blissey sets, so you may try to see any better sets.

As for Ferrothorn, simply replace it for Forretress, and thus use another set on Breloom.

Forretress @ Red Card:
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp.Atk
Relaxed Nature
EVs: 0 Speed

  • Spikes
  • Stealth Rock
  • Volt Switch
  • Gyro Ball

Basically the same set. Not stopped by Taunt. And resistant to Fighting.

Breloom and Tentacruel

Try this for Breloom:

Breloom @ Toxic orb:
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 4 attack / 252 speed
Jolly nature

  • Focus Punch
  • Leech Seed
  • Spore
  • Substitute

(http://www.pokemonshowdown.com/replay/ou-17990820 This should explain it, I think)

Or that:

Breloom @ Assault Vest:
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Speed / 4 HP
Jolly Nature

  • Power-Up Punch
  • Bullet Seed
  • Rock Tomb
  • Low Sweep

As Techniloom. It has Power-Up Punch to gain in attack and Low Sweep to reduce the foe's speed. Bullet Seed is just OP, and Rock Tomb is now 60 Power / 95 Accuracy + Coverage.

As for Tenta, fine.

Hope I helped !

Chansey should have wish
I said that I was not boss in Chansey / Blissey sets, so ... :/
