For starters, I'd get rid of the focus sashes. Those things are terribly limiting, and you have three of them. Also, for type coverage, I'd replace Garchomp with Ferrothorn. The moves Bulldoze, Gyro Ball, Spikes, and Leech Seed are popular and useful, as is the Rocky Helmet. I'd recommend a brave nature with maxed out HP and Attack stats. I'd also replace Beedrill with choice specs Accelgor knowing the moves Bug Buzz, Giga Drain, Guard Split, and Focus Blast with maxed Sp. Atk. and speed. That's all I can think of. Your team is pretty decent, but not the best one I've ever seen. You should consider coverage and team strategy a bit more while you teambuild.
