The Snowman
Abomasnow @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Snow Warning

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

Naive Nature (+Spe, -SpD)

  • Blizzard
  • Wood Hammer
  • Ice Shard
  • Earthquake

Blizzard is STAB and good accuracy in hail and a stronger attack on Dragonite.
Wood Hammer over Grass Knot because it hits that lil' frog harder and also Vaporeon harder in addition to Ttar and is good STAB.
Ice Shard is there to revenge dragons nicely, and finishes off Dnite as well.
Earthquake does nice damage to Heatran NOT on the balloon and Magnezone or if Heatran has some prior damage.
Scarf to outspeed key threats with 110 base speed and Tornadus.

Reiku
Raikou @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Pressure

EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Rash Nature (+SpA, -SpD)

  • Thunderbolt
  • Weather Ball
  • Aura Sphere
  • Volt Switch

Thunderbolt for STAB and good attack does pretty solid damage to Water types.
Weather Ball is stronger than HP Ice and compliments Thunderbolt nicely.
Aura Sphere gets a lot of use on Titars eager to switch in.
Volt Switch is STAB, and works well with a Choice Scarf.
Raikou is fast, and can afford to run Rash with Scarf with Weather Ball cool n all :3.

Claydol
Claydol @ Leftovers

Trait: Levitate

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe

Impish Nature (+Def, -SpA)

  • Stealth Rock
  • Rapid Spin
  • Earthquake
  • Ice Beam

Stealth Rock to break that annoying lil Dnite's multiscale which it doesn't even deserve and just get a little bit of damage on switches.
Rapid Spin is there because this team HATES STEALTH ROCK.
Earthquake for some good attacking.
Ice Beam because I'm tired of Gliscors eager to switch in and start setting up sub and SD even though it might be redundant on a hail team.

KYUUUUREM
Kyurem @ Life Orb

Trait: Pressure

EVs: 32 Atk / 252 SpA / 224 Spe

Hasty Nature (+Spe, -Def)

  • Draco Meteor
  • Blizzard
  • Focus Blast
  • Outrage

Draco Meteor for an extremely powerful attack from it's impressive 130 base Special attack.
Blizzard is nice in hail and stuff.
Focus Blast hits Heatran and some Steel types.
Outrage for that mixed attacking.

Trapped in the zone *****
Magnezone @ Choice Specs

Trait: Magnet Pull

EVs: 144 HP / 252 SpA / 112 Spe

Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)

  • Volt Switch
  • Hidden Power Fire
  • Thunderbolt
  • Flash Cannon

Gets rid of Steel types pretty solidly and bodybagging Jirachi helps Kyurem though it Magnezone often finds itself Paralyzed on the switch in but **** it it gets rid of it anyway.
Volt Switch is scouting and STAB and can get switch advantage pretty nicely.
Hidden Power Fire does good damage on Steel types not Heatran simple as that.
Thunderbolt is stronger than Volt Switch and doesn't force a switch on my part and actually hits pretty hard.
Flash Cannon rounds out the coverage and hits Ttar for the 2HKO.

Terrakion
Terrakion @ Choice Band

Trait: Justified

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)

  • Close Combat
  • Stone Edge
  • X-Scissor
  • Earthquake

Extremely powerful wallbreaker.
Close Combat for the extremely nice STAB and Stone Edge STAB compliments it very nicely.
X-Scissor damages Psychic types reliable and Celebi revenges Latios etc.
Let me make it clear, that Earthquake is NOT here for "good coverage"!
It's actually redundant with its STABs!
It hits Fire types like Infernape more reliably and hits Jirachi Metagross and those guys more reliably and harder.

I think you should replace magnezone with a fire type pokemon, maybe charizard if you can get one. Other than that you have a really rockin team!
Why a Fire type?
But then it would be 3X weakness to Rock.
Claydol.
lolwut.
Son of a... can't take use a single picture from that Pocket monsters site.
Not replacing Magnezone though, in order to spam Ice moves Steel types are better off out of the battle.
Those are Big images...
Big pictures for a hugely good team xD
