This team contains too many Pokemon using plain 'four attacks' movesets. Start using proper wallbreakers and set-up sweepers on your team to deal substantial damage and capitalise when you have momentum.

Runerigus is a bad Pokemon in OU because it lacks sustain and is weak to many popular offensive Pokemon (especially Hydreigon, Dragapult, and until recently, Dracovish). If you're going to use it, at least include Will-O-Wisp on your set; Body Press is expendable because it hits many of the same things as Earthquake. Otherwise, Hippowdon is a better Pokemon in almost every way.

The Dragapult set you have looks like it's trying to combine the two most common Dragapult sets. It would be better if you just committed to one of them; preferably the sweeper set, given the rest of your team. Replace U-Turn and Sucker Punch with Dragon Dance and Fire Blast to give Dragapult a threatening boosting move, plus key coverage for Ferrothorn and Corviknight.

Lucario is not a conventional Pokemon in OU, but it's underrated in my opinion. SpA Lucario is a functional wallbreaker for Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Clefable, Hatterene, Corviknight and Seismitoad, and you can pick coverage moves to check Aegislash and Toxapex too. You need a stronger boost for its attacks than just Expert Belt, though. Choice Specs would achieve that, as would Nasty Plot. Usually, I would advocate for Nasty Plot on this Pokemon, but I think your particular team gets value from both Dark Pulse and Psychic, so maybe just go with Specs. Also, don't run 248 Spe over 252 Spe; it makes you lose speed ties for no reason.

Dracovish is banned now, so there's not much reason to use Avalugg. It's weak to extremely common Fire and Fighting attacks and only matches well against a select few offensive Pokemon in OU. In general, Ice is a bad defensive typing, which makes Ice-types without an offensive presence hard to justify. Use something like Toxapex or Clefable in its place that can check Pokemon like Keldeo, Cloyster, Kyurem and Hydreigon that you can't deal with using Hippowdon. Toxapex is a sturdier defensive Pokemon, but Wishpass Clefable is extremely good at the moment and your team could do with the momentum it provides.

There is no reason to use defensive Blastoise when you could use Seismitoad or Toxapex instead, especially considering that your Cinderace can provide hazard control too. We've already talked about Toxapex, so you should use a more offensive Pokemon in Blastoise's place. You could use Shell Smash Blastoise (which is the only Blastoise set that is warranted in OU!) but that strategy is quite dependent on rain and is countered by many of the same Pokemon as Dragapult. Use something like Hatterene, Rotom-H or Reuniclus that can blow up opposing Toxapex. In any case, physical tank Blastoise is not a very good idea.

Do not use Cinderace without Heavy Duty Boots; entry hazard damage is devastating for this Pokemon. I highly recommend using Court Change -- the move is half the reason Cinderace is good. Replace Iron Head, which is extremely non-essential coverage.

Ok, thanks for the advice!
No problem. I hope it works for you.

Special Blastios would be better because a special attack from a blastios with a special set would be better then a physical from a physical set. Also which is the D/G max?

All forms of Dynamax are banned in OU.
