Everything seems mostly fine, except a few things I'd like to point out

1.) Rillaboom is way too slow to be a setup sweeper. I would probably replace acrobatics with U-Turn and SD with Wood Hammer. Also, if you do decide to make that change, you should also make it Adamant wth/ Choice Band and 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def.

2.) Kommo-o isn't very good because a.) it's pretty slow and b.) it's 4x weak to Fairy. Also, if you have to keep the Kommo-o, you should probably replace Outrage with something else. You don't want to let Togekiss switch in and set up on you. I would most likely replace it with a wish passer, for your slow, bulky mons.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
-Teleport
-Moonblast
-Wish
-Protect

You can also run Unaware, but I think Magic Guard is better because it nullifies burn/poison damage and hazards, which can add up when you're switching in and out often. You can also run a defogger instead. Mandibuzz wth/ heavy-duty boots is the best defogger in OU rn, so there's that.

Also, if you make Rillaboom CB, you should probably make Urshifu Scarfed, for Dragapult, Hydreigon, etc.

So Fizz, what do you think should the moveset be for my kommo-o?
How about this Fizz?
Kommo-o @ Leftovers
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Body Press
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Iron Defense
The Iron Defence set is alright, but I still think Kommo-o can be replaced in this team. The Pokemon it covers are largely addressed by the other Pokemon on your team, especially Azumarill.
I recommed Defog Corviknight because it will give you hazard control and a response to physical attackers that take advantage of Chansey, like DD Dragapult, Scizor, and Hawlucha. (Also, if you elect not to use hazard control, then you should probably use Blissey instead of Chansey so you can have Heavy-Duty Boots.)
When I said Rillaboom is too slow, I meant it's too slow to invest speed and give Jolly imo. I also think it makes SD not as good because when your opponent has a pokemon faster than you that can OHKO you have to switch and lose your boost. I think CB is better because you can switch more easily and you still get priority anyways. 2 CB boosted Grassy Glides > SD Grassy Glide and then switch.

When I said Kommo-o is slow and 4x weak to Fairy I mean as a BD sweeper it's too slow to sweep at half health, and Outrage makes it easily shut down by Fairy Types. I agree that Kommo-o is not that good and can be replaced. I'm sorry if I didn't explain those well enough.

Also, I think generally Mandibuzz > Corv as a defogger because it's bulkier.
Yeah Mandibuzz could be better. I'm just a bit mindful that this team is weak to Hatterene, Togekiss, etc. without Magnezone, so it might not be good to give them more reasons to switch in.
I agree Jolly Rillaboom is bad, but I really rate SD Rillaboom as a whole. It has massive potential with mons like Magnezone on this team who can clear out Toxapex, Mandibuzz etc. balance cores.
