2 individual EVs don't do anything, it would be better to merge the Defense and Special Defense EVs on Magnezone to 4 Defense or Special Defense EVs.

Urshifu
Urshifu looks fine.
Manezone
I’ll suggest 4 HP instead of 2 Def and SpDef, use toxic instead of steel beam seems Blissy and Eviolite Chansey could get rid of it
Diggersby
Replace Mega Kick to Return if you want a normal type stab, Mega Kick got low acc which was bad, 252 Hp was more reccomand than 252 Speed. Also, if you want a speedy one, let the item change to choice scarf.
This was the set from Blobyolo:
Diggersby @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Quick Attack
- U-turn
- Return
This set works pretty well on me, hope does you.
Rillaboom
Rillaboom was good
Dusclops
Dusclops does not really so good at the OU tier, an Alolan Maromak could kill it easily, here’s the calculation:
252+ Atk Thick Club Marowak-Alola Poltergeist (110 BP) vs. 4 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Dusclops: 228-270 (102.7 - 121.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
See? You has a good tank already, so you don’t need an extra one. But however, if you want a good wall, try Toxapex, here’s my favourite set:
Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 156 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Baneful Bunker
- Toxic Spikes
- Recover
This set access to let it take special damage more, hope you’ll like it.
Chansey
Sorry but...SERIOULY, TELEPORT? Replace it with Heal Bell for those tricky staut problem suck as Toxic, Paralysed and Burned. And use 252 HP more than 252 Def and SpDef for more tanky.

Hope I helps! And here’s your team from Pokepaste.

* Toxic on a Specs wallbreaker is odd. The only way you hit Chansey with that is if you predict the switch.
* Return doesn't exist in Gen 8.
* That Diggersby set definitely wasn't made for Gen 8 OU, so you should be careful suggesting it. There are plenty of resources online you can use to get up-to-date strategies.
* Teleport is a perfectly fine choice on Chansey. It is added because it lets the user see what the opponent switches to before they themselves switch out.
to add on

Earthquake is weakened in Grassy Terrain, and both Diggersby and Rillaboom can learn High Horsepower, so I see no reason why they should have Earthquake.
thanks for the tips guys! Yeah, and the reason i put teleport was to pivot in safely since teleport has -6 priority :).

Change Duskclops to Drifblim. Here is a good set I use often and it works REALLY good:
Drifblim @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 HP / 52 Def / 56 SpA / 20 SpD / 128 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Endure
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
The point is to predict a super effective hit and then get both Unburden AND Weakness Policy boost, and then start attacking. Just watch out for priority users.
