Your team is really good, but looks like it's one sun team, so if possible use a ninetales with drought at lead:
Nature:Impish
Evs: depend on what type of lead
Moves:
Will o wisp
Roar
Flamethrower
Pain split
I'll replace cinderance for ninetales
OBS:that ninetales only has moves for support
Put solar beam in venausur at the place of weather ball, weather ball is good to coverage bug type but your pokemons are good in coverage for it.
