So I assume this is a sun team so I'm going to rate it as one.

Ninetales is a terrible sun setter. Torkoal can do basically whatever Ninetales does but better. Either way, Power Herb is also a bad item because Drought makes Solar Beam 1 turn use. I recommend Torkoal with the moves Stealth Rock to set hazards, Lava Plume for STAB and high burn chance, Body Press for Pokemon like Tyranitar, and Rapid Spin to clear hazards on your side of the field. Heat Rock is necessary to have the most amount of sun turns possible. 252 HP and 252 Defense help with bulk and boost Body Press damage.

Forretress is certainly an interesting choice. Since Torkoal already has Stealth Rock, I replaced Forretress with Rotom-Heat. Rotom-Heat benefits from sun much more than Forretress. I recommend Rotom-Heat with the moves Overheat as main STAB, Defog to clear hazards (on a sun team, you want to make sure hazards are not on your side), Volt Switch for pivoting, and Pain Split for recovery. Heavy Duty Boots makes sure you don't take unnecessary damage from Stealth Rocks. 252 Special Attack and Speed with a Timid Nature is just for offensive pressure and to get off moves as fast as possible.

Toxapex with Merciless is baaaaaaaaad, especially without any recovery. I think you should replace either Toxic Spikes or Toxic for Recover, and get rid of Venoshock for Scald for burns. Regenerator over Merciless for extra recovery.

Dugtrio is bad especially without Arena Trap, which is banned. So I recommend a Blacephalon over Dugtrio for extra sun pressure, with the moves Shadow Ball for STAB, Flamethrower for sun STAB, Substitute to avoid damage, and Calm Mind to boost special attack, with a Ghostium Z to break down walls. 232 HP EVs can help bulk (but that really isn't going to help much :P), 20 Special Attack EVs for extra offense, and 252 Speed to outspeed as much as possible (recommended EVs from Smogon).

Venusaur should not have Light Screen by itself, or just at all. Venusaur in Sun is meant to hit hard. Change Leech Seed to Growth which doubles Special Attack in Sun, Giga Drain over Light Screen, Sludge Bomb over Solar Beam, and Weather Ball over Earth Power (Weather Ball is double power in Sun and a Fire type move). Life Orb over Leftovers will also help offensive power. EVs are fine.

Charizard Y is fine, except I'd recommend Roost over Dragon Pulse for longevity, and Dragon Pulse doesn't cover anything necessary anyway.

Hope this helped!
