I think this is mostly self explanitory, but just in case, here goes.
So, first you send out pelipper for drizzle, the switch into whatever can counter the one your up against. Kingdras strat is to Draco meteor and then dragon dance outrage/liquidation, or just straight up Liquidation or outrage. Quagsire is more of a bulky sweeper, after realizing it could have curse and amnesia, I did this set instead of a toxic stall as you might seee more. Poliwrath is just there as a strong physical one, and swift swim speeds it up more. Keldeo is more of the special sweeper, and becuase it already has speed, scarf to outspeed other scarfs. Finally, Barraskewda is impossibly fast, and along with a choice band, can sweep very well. Thanks in advance for the help!

Kingdra: Good, but I would run a Special set. You can keep your set if you want to, though. For a special set, I would do Draco Meteor, Scald or Surf, Flash Cannon, and Whirlpool. Instead of a Lum Berry, I would run an Eject Pack, White Herb or Binding Band. And for EVs, 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Attack, 4 HP.

Quaqsire: Perfect

Pelipper: Great, but if it's a double battle, I would have Hurricane, Scald, Tailwind, Roost, and a Focus Sash instead of Heavy Duty Boots.

Poliwrath: Good, although I would use Brick Break or Drain Punch instead of Substitute.

Keldeo: Having a move specifically for switch out is useless with a Choice item. I would change Flip Turn to Hydro Pump or Muddy Water, and the EVs to 252 Sp. Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP.

Barraskewda: Like the above, you can't use a Choice item with a switch out move. If possible, I would change your item to a Life Orb. Not like your gonna need the HP on a barraskewda. If you can't change it, then use Drill Run, to cover it's Ground Weakness.

Hope this helps :)

Thanks, but few thoughts. Number one, it's singles, so I don't need tailwind, and plus it lasts as long as rain, and they almost all have swift swim. Number 2, reason I did a choice band on Barraskewda was because if I wasn't able to ko it, it would die anyway. So, I figured a choice item would give a higher ko chance, and possible knock out a few before fainting. Number 3, keldeo, the reason for flip turn was becuase I found out that keldeo can ko with a super effective, but not always with an effective. So I figured flip turn could be used to do a bit of damage, but your right. Thanks for the help!
Oh and Defog is just in case, as toxic spikes would not go well with quagsire.
why is a choice item + pivot move incompatible? it's not like you are going to be stuck with the move and it helps generate momentum
barraskewda is not weak to ground
isn't hurricane worth it on kingdra with 100% accuracy in rain
whirlpool is bad on almost every pokemon because most people will switch to a pokemon that can combat kingdra
Think he meant electric weakness, which ground can cover.
This advice isn't great.
- Physical Kingdra is outclassed (and mixed Kingdra is worse), but the special set you recommended is odd. I assume Eject Pack and White Herb are efforts to counteract Draco Meteor debuffs, but that is a very unconventional strategy. Kingdra is rarely going to stay in after it KOs something with Draco, because the opponent gets switch advantage. Whirlpool + Binding Band is plainly not very good -- Kingdra can just nuke the opponent with Specs and rain-boosted attacks.
- Why give advice for doubles if this isn't a doubles team? If this was doubles, then you should be recommending Politoed over Pelipper in any case.
- OP's Quagsire set is very odd. Even if you're approving of it, I think it's remiss not to mention that Quagsire is usually a wall for stall teams and is very out of place on rain offence.
- Poliwrath is another extremely left-field choice that you could have commented on.
- Kingdra and Keldeo shouldn't use 4 HP because that leaves them with an even number of HP.
- As mentioned above, there is no problem with Choice + Flip Turn -- though Scarf Keldeo itself is a bit odd.
