This is a comment cause its just on one thing-togekiss. So, I have used togekiss in my vgc teams, and eventually I figured out that a item like leftovers, or in your case, rocky helmet, just won't work. If you really want to use a flow me for setup, I would use a focus sash. After many encounters with a cinderace using max steelspike and then the other pokemon doing good damage or even koing my other pokemon, I realized that for reliable setup, you need to be able to take both hits for the best results
