Moonblast on xerneas, d dance instead of crunch for mega ray, max sp atk for shedninja

Instead of Dazzling Gleam, run Moonblast on Xerneas. Also, get rid of light screen and meghorn, they don't do anything. Instead, I think you should run Focus Blast and HP Fire or Thunder or Grass Knot.

I don't think that's enough. Like I said in the comment, max Sp atk on shedninja,  and light screen may not be useless, maybe it's a special tank?

Mega Rayquaza

• Mega Rayquaza appreciates Iron Head, so replace Crunch with Iron Head for both Ice and Fairy coverage. Also it is unnecessary to have Extreme Speed on three Pokemon, so it could be replaced with Dragon Dance.

Xerneas

• Why Dazzling Gleam when Moonblast is better? You don't need Light Screen when you set up with Geomancy. Megahorn is should be replaced by Focus Blast, HP Ground, etc.
• Replace Dazzling Gleam with Moonblast, Light screen and Megahorn with something like Focus Blast and Thunder.
• Don't run Mild. Run any Atk- nature like Modest or Timid. Give it 252 Hp, 252 Sp. Atk and 4 Sp. Def or something like that.

Togekiss

• Why Togekiss when Shaymin-Sky outclasses it? Shaymin-Sky has much better speed, weaker defences though higher HP. If you plan to keep Togekiss then replace Extreme Speed with something like Roost, Heal Bell or Nasty Plot.

Shedinja

• If you plan to keep Bug Buzz, then invest 252 Evs Sp. Atk instead of Atk. Shedinja's set has no physical move, so you don't need that Atk stat. BTW Shedinja has 90 Attack BST while only 30 BST Sp. Attack.
• You can replace Hone Claws with Swords Dance, since that 1.5 x Accuracy boost isn't that useful compared to 2x Attack boost. Keep Baton Pass.

Smeargle

• Extreme Speed goes before Quick Attack as it has higher priority, so replace Quick Attack with Extreme Speed.

Milotic set is fine in my opinion.
