Rilaboom: Why Drum Beating? Grassy Slide gains priority in Grassy Terrain, so use that. I'm not sure why you run Fake Out, probably to break Sash/Sturdy. Instead of Brick Break, I would run Drain Punch or Acrobatics. Mago Berry is kinda situational, so you should avoid it. Drain Punch take cares of healing, so you can give it Life Orb.
Hawlucha: Don't run both Swords Dance and Bulk Up. I would replace Bulk Up with Poison Jab or Stone Edge. The EV Spread you have given is not good. Unburden doubles Hawlucha's speed, so I would give it a bulkier set as Hawlucha's pretty fast but defense stats are not good. 96 HP/ 252 Atk/ 36 SpD/ 124 Spe is a good example.
Dracozolt: This is not a viable option. There are much better bulky sweepers. I would add a suggestion when you reply to that.
Ferrothorn: Don't run both Gyro Ball and Power Whip. I would better give it Leech Seed for healing or Body Press for damaging. The EV set is really bad. Ferrothorn is a hazard setter, not a sweeper. Occa Berry is not a good option, either. You should give it Leftovers if you don't run Leech Seed or Rocky Helmet.
Dragapult: Set is pretty good, but Flamethrower and Thunderbolt are much better than Fire Blast and Thunder for consistency. If it misses, then you will likely get KOed. Also, Tri Attack is very bad. Shadow Ball gains STAB and is important for a special ghost-type sweeper.
Urshifu: Roseli berry is really bad. Urshifu's 4x weakness to fairy type is not saved by that berry. If running Drain Punch, then I had go with Life Orb or Choice Band if you need a Band Physical sweeper. Zen Headbutt should be replaced with Poison Jab for fairy types.

The advice was really useful, but Dracozolt help quite a lot in the test battles I did on Showdown! But what are those bulky sweepers?
Dracozolt's ability Hustle is good, but Iron Tail with only 75% accuracy when subjected to further lower accuracy can be bad. If you want to keep it, then you can keep. Still, I would run 252 Atk/ 252 Spe with choice scarf so that Bolt Beak can be properly utilised. And bulky sweepers are those who have good attacking stats along with good defences or HP and don't need to be fast.
