I'm making a UU team because I hate primals and I think Mega-Sharpedo needs more love, any advice?

Sharpedo @ Sharpedonite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
-Protect
-Crunch
-Psychic Fangs
-Ice Fang

Mega-Sharpedo is a sweeper after rocks and can sweep after chip.

Mamoswine @ Choice Band
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Ice Shard
-Icicle Crash
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake

I find mamo can be a good tank/attacker and can chip away until Mega-Sharp comes in.

Metagross @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
-Bullet Punch
-Zen Headbutt
-Stealth Rock
-Hammer Arm

Metagross is a rocker and chipper with Bullet Punch.

Feraligatr @ Choice Band
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
-Waterfall
-Fire Punch
-Crunch
-???

This is another good Heavy-Hitter.

Gligar @ Eviolite
Ability: Immunity
252 Def / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
-Swords Dance
-Defog
-Baton Pass
-Roost

This is just to pass on attack to Mega-Sharpedo.

Hariyama @ Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
252 Atk / 252 SpD / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
-Knock Off
-Close Combat
-Fire Punch
-Ice Punch

I'm not 100% sure this is in UU XD

This is my first time making a team feel free to change things if you want.

Is this gen 6 or 7?
You need a specail attacker
Baton Pass is not allowed in UU. Also, Groudon-Primal isn't allowed in UU.
Gen 7 and any recommendations on special attackers?
Your team is good but take look at this
Sharpedo @ Sharpedonite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
-Protect
-Crunch
-Psychic Fangs
-Ice Fang

Mamoswine @ assault vest
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe/ 4 Spd
Jolly Nature
-Ice Shard
-Icicle Crash
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake

Metagross @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
-Bullet Punch
-Zen Headbutt
-Stealth Rock
-Hammer Arm

Feraligatr @ Choice Band
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Hp
Jolly Nature
-liquidation
-Fire Punch
-Crunch
-super power

Cobalion  @ asualt vest
Ability: Justified
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Hp
Adamant Nature
-Iron head
-Close Combat
-stone edge
-zen headbutt
(hariyama is in NU pretty bad for this team)

gligar is almost useless you can get gengar instead

Gengar @ life orb
-sludge bomb ( just for 5 more power you can't give 20% chance of poisen)
-shadow ball (stab)
-energy ball
-focus blast ( can also use psychic )

Hope I helped!

Gligar definitely has its place in Gen 7 UU. It's fair to say OP doesn't understand what its role in the metagame is, but you're also wrong to just brush it aside like this.
You should also explain your suggestions. Why is Gengar a good fit for this team, in Gligar's place no less? What makes AV better on Mamoswine?
Also, four-attacks AV Cobalion really lacks firepower. Standard sets run SD and/or a Z Move for wallbreaking potential, or fit a pivot role instead. (Source: https://www.smogon.com/stats/2020-08/moveset/gen7uu-1760.txt)
Oh sorry Fizz....
I almost always prefer all out offensive team , that's why I said so
(I m new here too)
