This is one of my first teams ever, so any help is appreciated! I'll put what I usually do in a battle down below. If you don't have enough for an answer, then feel free to post a comment! Here is the team:

Tapu Koko @ Choice Scarf

Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Discharge
- Dazzling Gleam
- Roost
- Volt Switch

Sceptile-Mega @ Sceptilite
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Energy Ball
- Dragon Pulse
- Giga Drain
- Bulldoze

Metagross @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Ice Punch

Garchomp @ Yache Berry
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fire Fang
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Volcarona
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fiery Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Quiver Dance
- Tailwind

Oricorio-Sensu @ Leftovers
Ability: Dancer
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Revelation Dance
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Air Slash

I go first with Oricorio and Volcorona. I use the Quiver Dance+Dancer ability strat, and if there's any threats, then I switch out. Next, Volcorona uses Fiery Dance and I hope for the Sp. A boost. Oricorio will gain that too, and use whatever move I think that will do the most damage. HP Ground is for coverage. When they both faint, I send in Mega Sceptile and Tapu Koko. Tapu Koko goes first and use Discharge. Discharge raises Sceptile's Sp. A, and can usually do a lot of damage to ones that don't resist it. When they faint, I send in Metagross and Garchomp. They usually finish whatever is left of the opponent. Thanks!

Yep, looks good. I recommend Special Attacks like Solar Beam for example.
Thanks, but solar beam for who?

Overall this team is pretty good, but there are a few changes I think you should make.

Tapu Koko: Pretty good, but Roost is a problem: Choice Scarf + Roost makes no sense since you're locked into it. I like the tactic with Lighting Rod + Discharge but with that, Volt Switch won't work (Sceptile will absorb it and prevent you from switching). Try U-turn instead and give it Max Attack IVs.

Sceptile: Energy Ball + Giga Drain is not very good; you only need one grass-type STAB. I recommend removing Energy Ball and replacing it with something like HP Fire. Why Bulldoze? If it's with Tapu Koko Bulldoze will do Huge Damage to Tapu Koko. I would probably replace it with Protect (useful in Doubles).

Metagross: Set is overall very good. I would recommend either some setup move like Agility or Bullet Punch for priority over Ice Punch, but you don't have to. Ice Punch is good for countering Ground, although it does work better if Metagross is Mega (with the Tough Claws boost). Don't make it Mega if you want the Mega Sceptile set.

Garchomp: Good set, just perhaps replace Earthquake with Stomping Tantrum (since Earthquake is a spread move and doesn't work as well in Doubles) or if you really want to trigger Metagross's Weakness Policy get Bulldoze and give Metagross Bullet Punch as well as max Defense EVs. Again, Protect would be nice here if you don't want to be damaged on that turn. Poison Jab is an option but since you'll be using it with Metagross I don't recommend it for this set.

Volcarona: I've never thought of a Quiver Dance / Fiery Dance + Dancer Oricorio set before, but it seems to be very smart. I don't know if Tailwind is necessary since Oricorio and Volcarona are both fairly fast. Again, try Protect in that slot. It's also missing an item; why not something like Buginium Z or Leftovers?

Oricorio: Seems decent to me; but why HP Ground? Roost can be used to regain health, and of course, Protect, which allows it to set up with Dancer while not taking damage.

Overall, this is a good team, but a few improvements are needed (don't forget Protect in Doubles XD) Hope I helped!

Thank you!
Wait, I’m stupid.
Bulldoze is to activate weak policy on Metagross, but that’s dumb cus Scep is the sweeper so opponents will kill it first lol. I will change Oricorio’s moveset, just didn’t have enough time to do it. I HAVE to have Choice Scarf so it goes before Sceptile bc Scep’s speed is like insane with plus speed nature. Giga drain is to heal, but Energy Ball does more damage. I know that two attacking moves is bad, but I have no choice. If I didn’t have Giga Drain, then I won’t be able to survive, as Sceptile is too frail. On Koko, I want to outspeed Scep bc it activates Lightning Rod BEFORE Sceptile attacks, making it do more damage. I will do Poison Jab on Garchomp, but idk what to switch it for. Anyways, thanks for the help!
