don't use a mono team in a non-mon format so let's turn this into a nat dex mono water team
Inteleon: phsyical inteleon is bad and even special inteleon is out classed by milotic but i suggest a greninja because of it covering more types:
Greninja @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Surf/Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam

the smogon set said to run gunk shot and rock slide or dark pulse but i prefer special greninja with U-turn for pivot so choose between the more accurate surf or the more powerful hydro pump.
Seismitoad: seimitoad is outclassed by mega swampert as a swift swim sweeper and since you don't have a mega on your team why not use mega swampert:

Politoed: I see what you're getting at having politoed set up rain but it's outclassed by pelipper who has four moves that make it better so i'll run those on it:

hurricane because it can't miss in rain, u-turn to keep momentum, defog to get rid of hazards, and roost for recovery.
Suicune: offensive suicune i see but i suggest gyrados as it pairs great with swampert as gyrados takes care of the annoying grass types that swampert is 4x weak to while swampert takes care of electric and rock types that gyrados is 4x weak to and weak to respectively so they're a great pair:

Jolly Nature

You should add some coverage against stuff like Skarmory and Ferrothorn if you are really desperate to keep the mons, your team is walled by them. Also, give Milotic something better than heavy-duty boots because it doesn’t have a weakness to entry hazards and can use recover if needed. But as Ether Eevee suggested, just replace the current moms as most are outclassed.

i guess swap ice beam on greninja for hp fire and use when pelipper's rain isn't up
