Protect does absolutely nothing for Keldeo. Also I would suggest using Hidden Power Grass instead of Ice so you're not walled by Jellicent / Gastrodon.

I just realized you don't have a Stealth Rock setter. You could give Excadrill Stealth Rock, or you could use Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn makes for a great Stealth Rock user on rain teams because its fire weakness is halved thanks to the rain provided by Politoed. I would swap either Excadrill or Starmie for it (if you swap Excadrill, you could still use Starmie to Rapid Spin). Tentacruel is another option for a rapid spinner thanks to Rain Dish and Black Sludge allowing it to restore 12.5% of its health every turn, although that will worsen your matchup against Latios.
