If it's Trick Room, some of your Pokemon should have 0 Spe IVs.
Yeah, some do i just forgot to put them, Hatterene, Grapploct, and Appletun do.
I feel a second trick room setter would be beneficial, and if you have calyrex-ice available I would encourage you to use it.
I see where you are coming from, but this team isnt completely based on trick room, so i dont really need a second trick room setter

Grimmsnarl - This is a screensetter, so bulk up will be useless on it, especially considering Grimmsnarl has no viable healing moves. Thunder Wave would be a good replacement to cripple sweepers with priority. Just remember that Prankster moves doesn't work on Dark Types.

Salazzle - Timid is better than Modest for fast sweepers. Flamethrower is better than Fire Blast for 100% accuracy.

Toxapex - Haze is a must to stop setup pokemon, especially considering that dynamaxing is allowed in online SWSH. Either replace Toxic or Baneful Bunker (both is a little overkill anyway); I would keep Baneful Bunker to scout (plus you have status in scald already) but Toxic is better for shutting down bulky mons.

The rest of your pokemon are not the best out there, but I don't really have anything to say about them. It seems like the Trick Room part of this team doesn't really add much, so you might want to consider just dropping the Trick Room idea altogethor.

thanks, I like to use pokemon that are kind of obscure and not really used, also they are some of my favorites. I also dropped hatterene and added Noivern instead, and instead of grapploct I have Spiritomb, but i switch out those freely since they both arent that great. my movesets for them are:

Noivern @ Leftovers
Ability: Telepathy
Shiny: Yes
Evs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 HP
Ivs: 0 Atk
Timid Nature
Moveset:
Flamethrower
Shadow Ball
Roost
Dragon Pulse

Spiritomb @ Quick Claw
Ability: Infiltrator
Shiny: Yes
Evs: 252 SpA, 252 HP, 4 Def
Modest Nature
Moveset:
Night Shade
Hypnosis
Dream Eater
Dark Pulse
I would not recommend relying on Quick Claw. Leftovers on Spiritomb and Life Orb on Noivern would be more optimal. Also, why does Noivern have Telepathy? I was under the impression that this was a singles team. If it is a singles team, run Infiltrator to go through Substitute. If it's a doubles team, don't use Grimmsnarl as a screensetter. Screens are not useful in doubles because doubles is a much more dynamic format in singles where smaller stat boosts are not as relevant without redirection.
Sorry, I actually put leftovers on Spiritomb after I answered, and forgot to change it. Noivern only has telepathy because I found a shiny one with its hidden ability.
If it’s gen 8 you can fix that with a hidden agility capsule with CT
