I want roost on Zapdos but I think Volt Switch is better for pivoting. I want discharge too, and ofc heat wave and defog are a must. Garchomp is a mixed attacker anti-lead/offensive pivot; I think it's better than Dragapult for this team (I've tried hex builds and specs builds). But if I were to replace Garchomp, I think it should be for a revenge killer like a scarfer, Rillaboom, or sash ditto (I have a defogger).

Baneful Bunker > Toxic on Toxapex. A Defensive Zapdos that has no Roost is virtually useless. Also use Static on it.
LOL I didn't realize it had Pressure, my bad. I do have Baneful Bunker instead of Toxic on Toxapex because I already have toxic users and I wanted to be able to scout moves. Yes, so what should I replace for Roost though?
I think Discharge is more valuable. I will replace Volt Switch with Roost for now but I think the pivoting is really important too... :(
Honestly, when replacing a move consider what match-ups become better and what become worse. Not having Roost means you can't switch-in to Kartana frequently, which is one of the most potential breakers against such defensive cores. Volt Switch isn't much needed, but if you really opt to, then consider replacing Heat Wave. I'm not sure though, but since you already have Heatran that may not be needed a lot.
I mostly use it for Excadrill
Ferrothorn with Body Press pretty much deals with it.
I don't usually lead Ferrothorn though. It's more of a defensive switch in
