Just so you guys understand, I'm an extreme beginner so I don't know what items to give my Pokemon, battle format is Full Battle (1v1). I know the EV's are probably kinda messed up, but I tried to follow some guides on the best build for them. I'm not going to go on some tournaments or anything as well just wanna play online vs people and a few of my friends who got the game as well.

I'm going to close this thread because we do require full details on each Pokemon (i.e. items need to be included). You shouldn't be too worried about that, though, because strategic advice is definitely not what you need right now.
You need to do some reading and learn about the game before you start teambuilding. If you're so new to the game that you don't understand EVs and can't name an item for your Pokemon, then naturally your teams won't be very good (and this one isn't). It's not fair and not worth picking apart and destroying this team when you're this far out of your depth in competitive Pokemon (for context, you'd probably be told to completely replace most members of this team).
Figure out exactly what battle format you're playing (there are possibly hundreds of singles/"1v1" formats), and read some analyses on Smogon for what the meta is in that format and what strategies to use.
