Mega Scizor and Rotom-Wash are probably the most important members of the team. Mega Scizor's U-turn and Rotom-Wash's Volt Switch are infuriating and rack up damage very quickly, especially when boosted by Ferrothorn's Spikes. The core of Specs Keldeo and Life Orb Latias lets them beat each others' checks. This team doesn't particularly like Volcarona and sometimes, Azumarill is just out of reach of Bullet Punch range. Not only does Talonflame stuff Volcarona, but in emergency situations, it can come in and revengekill Azumarill. Ferrothorn is a sturdy switch-in to a lot of threats and also lays Spikes.

Example: Mega Scizor comes in on a good matchup, the enemy switches to Heatran and takes Spikes damage as Mega Scizor clicks U-turn, and switches to Rotom-Wash. Scared of Hydro Pump, Heatran switches out, something like Latias / Amoonguss / Chansey is brought in, Rotom Volt Switches, Mega Scizor hits the field, and the cycle repeats.

Some discussion points

With Hidden Power Ghost, Keldeo is able to get rid of Jellicent and the Lati twins, but with Hidden Power Grass, it deals with Suicune, Gastrodon, and Rotom-Wash as well as Jellicent, at the cost of not being able to do much to the Latis. Meanwhile, Focus Blast hits the Waters hard as well, but lacks the ability to deal with Jellicent and its accuracy is unreliable.

I'm considering replacing Protect on Ferrothorn for Stealth Rock. While Protect can scout Choice locked Keldeo and even force 50/50s on Mega Lopunny, Stealth Rock is team support that forces even more chip on the enemy and hits Flying types too.
