I've been in a slump lately because this game's RNG hates me. I have barely played in two weeks because the RNG makes me afraid to even click Draco Meteor and now, I suck at teambuilding.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 Spe
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Smack Down
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

Starting things off is the most used OU mon. That's the new defensive spread for SS OU and I chose Smack Down because metal birds piss me off while non metal birds suffer a painful death with Toxic.

Zapdos @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Static
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Defog
- Roost
- Hurricane
- Volt Switch

The defogger of the team and the Grass type switch in. Hurricane to kill those grasses while Volt Switch for momentum. I went with Hurricane over Heat Wave because being utterly helpless against Garchomp is one of the things you don't want in this meta. Maximum defense because I don't really see the need to outspeed anything.

Slowking @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Def / 180 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Scald
- Teleport
- Slack Off
- Future Sight

This one is just to use the Future Sight nonsense running around. Can somewhat check Rapid Strike Urshifu and generally annoying against Heatran. Gave it some Defense EVs so it doesn't instantly die to repeated Surging Strikes while the rest is in Special Defense because that's the only reason to use this mon. Teleport should be obvious.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Aqua Jet
- Close Combat
- Surging Strikes

Probably the main benefactor of the Future Sight nonsense. That's the second reason why I added it to the team, the main one is so it can destroy Volcarona and its stupid boots.

Garchomp @ Leftovers
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fire Fang
- Scale Shot
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance

Chomp serves as the main sweeper of the team with. With Urshifu to make life for Landorus miserable, Garchomp can pretty much not worry about getting intimidated. Rillaboom is an issue but I have Zapdos for it and Rilla can't kill Garchomp with Grassy Glide before it uses Scale Shot.

Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick
- Nasty Plot
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave

Lastly is the immediate speed control. It kills fairies which is nice. I went with Scarf Nasty Plot to give it some variety. If speed is no longer needed, then I can ditch the scarf and be even more threatening with Nasty Plot. Also being able to destroy Dragapult is fun because Pult is incredibly annoying.
