Not a full answer but here are some suggestions:

For Dragapult, I recommend using Shadow Ball over Hydro Pump. Doubles OU has a very small amount of Ghost resists and it has no drawbacks (also it gets a STAB boost). Hydro Pump has shaky accuracy and isn't guaranteed to OHKO Heatran, and cannot OHKO Incineroar. Other than that, Dragapult is fine.

Regieleki, despite being in the tier, is really bad. Not even Rapid Spin makes it worth using because entry hazards are bad at the moment. I recommend Zapdos instead, as it can provide speed control using Tailwind and matches up well against Rillaboom, Kartana, and Urshifu-R, three of the best mons in the current meta.

That change makes the team invalid because of Species Clause though, but Urshifu-R is a better (and stronger) fighting type than Zapdos-G anyway. Unseen Fist allowing Urshifu to break through Protect is amazing (and broken) and it's capable of punching holes in just about every team. Also having a move that always crits and ignores Intimidate is amazing. It's also less prediction reliant than Zapdos-G.

Protect is pretty much required on offensive Pokémon, unless they have a choice item or an Assault Vest. It blocks attacks (not coming from Urshifu), including the common Fake Out, while your other Pokémon can still attack. It's also good for scouting.

I was going to make a full answer, but I gave up because I couldn't think of good enough changes for your other three mons (also I don't see them often and I don't have experience with them) . Here are a few more things though:

Indeedee's Psychic Surge prevents it from using Fake Out, so, yeah, that needs to go. Tyranitar's set is... weird, and can definitely be improved. Like I said, entry hazards aren't good at the moment, and also, Smooth Rock isn't needed since you aren't using a sand team. Sand teams are bad though. Naganadel would be fine with Protect in the last slot instead of Air Slash, but there's probably a better Pokémon to use instead of it. You already have Dragapult, after all.

For dragapult I would change the U-Turn to a move like Tri Attack as your nature lowers your physical attack which, U-Turn is. Tri Attack has the chance paralyzing, burning, or freezing (20% chance for status effect.)

For regieleki I would change the held item to the magnet to increase electric type moves and then change rapid spin to wild charge if you’re wanting to run the physical side of regieleki, if you change your mind and want to run special I would run volt switch as to deal nice stab damage and then switch out.

For the Indeedee I would switch the nature via mints to modest as to boost its special attack and if you really want to run fake out switch it’s nature to synchronize, as physic surge doesn’t allow high priority moves, like fake out.

I personally think your last 3 members are pretty good. I hope this helps you in your journey in competitive battling.

U-turn isn't for damage, its main purpose is to pivot out. Regieleki is meant to be a support Pokemon, and the current item is important to that role since it lets screens be up for longer.
This is....not a good answer.
Ever heard of an opinion?
Tri Attack sucks. Magnet is pretty bad. Spooky took all the other words outta my mouth
-oPsyduck I think it’s best you be a little kinder I literally sate I would, meaning an opinion not  a “you must do this, or your team will fail every battle”
@Psyduck The post addresses the entire team, so it belongs as an answer.
@LordChimchar Nobody has said you aren't allowed to have your opinion. However, other people are allowed to critique your opinion and give their own thoughts for why the strategy may not be optimal. If you still think your strategy is best, then you should explain how. If you don't want feedback at all, then please don't post advice.
@Pk, Magnet is really good on eleki because like...look at its movepool. Yeah. Anyways, I agree with everything else.
I know, but the regieleki set op is using is defensive
