Not a full answer but here are some suggestions:
For Dragapult, I recommend using Shadow Ball over Hydro Pump. Doubles OU has a very small amount of Ghost resists and it has no drawbacks (also it gets a STAB boost). Hydro Pump has shaky accuracy and isn't guaranteed to OHKO Heatran, and cannot OHKO Incineroar. Other than that, Dragapult is fine.
Regieleki, despite being in the tier, is really bad. Not even Rapid Spin makes it worth using because entry hazards are bad at the moment. I recommend Zapdos instead, as it can provide speed control using Tailwind and matches up well against Rillaboom, Kartana, and Urshifu-R, three of the best mons in the current meta.
That change makes the team invalid because of Species Clause though, but Urshifu-R is a better (and stronger) fighting type than Zapdos-G anyway. Unseen Fist allowing Urshifu to break through Protect is amazing (and broken) and it's capable of punching holes in just about every team. Also having a move that always crits and ignores Intimidate is amazing. It's also less prediction reliant than Zapdos-G.
Protect is pretty much required on offensive Pokémon, unless they have a choice item or an Assault Vest. It blocks attacks (not coming from Urshifu), including the common Fake Out, while your other Pokémon can still attack. It's also good for scouting.
I was going to make a full answer, but I gave up because I couldn't think of good enough changes for your other three mons (also I don't see them often and I don't have experience with them) . Here are a few more things though:
Indeedee's Psychic Surge prevents it from using Fake Out, so, yeah, that needs to go. Tyranitar's set is... weird, and can definitely be improved. Like I said, entry hazards aren't good at the moment, and also, Smooth Rock isn't needed since you aren't using a sand team. Sand teams are bad though. Naganadel would be fine with Protect in the last slot instead of Air Slash, but there's probably a better Pokémon to use instead of it. You already have Dragapult, after all.
