What do you mean by unviable team? Charizard and Whimsicott are some of the best Pokemon in the metagame, and froslass, galvantula, and quagsire are also good. The sets definitely need work but the team members don't. How is this a sample if froslass doesn't have spikes and galvantula doesn't have webs?

wdym "How is this a sample"? samples moment is a meme on smogcord. it means the team needs some thorough updates, but the person can just start of with a sample smh.
galvantula is a niche mon, and so is hitmontop. almost all sets need a workup, and so do the team members. like the sets are extremely messed up, I'll recommend the person to take a closer look at the VR's and samples and the resources etc.
theres also 0 momentum in the team, and no synergy. the team needs some nice updates.
