Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Knock Off
- Body Press
- Leech Seed

Ferrothorn is my utility that i use to set up spikes, remove items, and leech seed other pokemon so my team can recover. Body press is there so it isn’t complete taunt bait.

Garchomp @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 136 Def / 120 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Flamethrower

Defensive garchomp is a backup hazard setter and status spreader, earthquake is STAB and helps keep pokemon like heatran off the field while flamethrower helps with rillaboom, which threatens my ursifu

Slowking-Galar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 12 Def / 124 SpA / 120 SpD
Calm Nature
- Future Sight
- Sludge Bomb
- Flamethrower
- Scald

Slowking acts like a bulky sweeper, hence the assault vest and spread out evs, 12 def is there to tank more physical moves. Flamethrower and scald are for coverage while future sight is there to weaken switch-ins and bait in dark types which my ursifu can pick off

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Surging Strikes
- U-turn
- Aqua Jet

Ursifu is my band pokemon. Close Combat and Surging Strikes are stab while U-turn is momentum and aqua jet is priority.

Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Giga Drain
- Quiver Dance

Volcarona is my special attacking sweeper. I decided to pick fiery dance over fire blast or flamethrower because of the 50 percent chance to raise special attack that could help me if i couldn’t get a quiver dance off. meanwhile giga drain is there to take care of ground and rock types and recover health. quiver dance is for setting up and bug buzz is STAB

Zeraora @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bulk Up
- Plasma Fists
- Knock Off
- Close Combat

Zeraora is my physical setup sweeper. He provides vital coverage against flying and water types. This set is pretty self explanatory, setup and use stab or coverage moves to take down opposing threats

This team has done well so far, but I want to see if there are better options.

I feel like this team will struggle to switch into specs Dragapult. There is no reliable check to protective pads Urshifu-RS on this team either, but that's a rare set to see.
I also just noticed that SD Chomp can very easily sweep if it sets up.
